The staff is constantly rude and dismissive to anyone who isn't Hispanic. They constantly get the orders wrong, and if you order online they cancel it and attempt to make you pay up close. Even if you have already paid. This has happened more times than I can count to me, my brother, and my mom. They don't care about you if you don't speak the same language and will show you blantant disrespect. Terrible costumer service and even worse staff.

Yes - it’s McDonald’s but this deserved some respect. Food came out fast hot and perfect. Service was fast friendly and impeccable. Asked for a different sauce with my nuggs & got it in 2.2 seconds. Coffee was hot and perfect. Heck - even the brickwork on the exterior was damn perfect. You should see the grout lines. That’s construction porn right there.

Hi, came back again. I’ll start with I’m a regular guest in this location. Monday night around 10:20 I went to use bathroom and get a cup of coffee. Lady block the way, she said it’s closed, she was very rude and she said don’t you see the close sign. I ignore her rudeness went to use restroom and Google the hours, they supposed to close at 12 am everyday. I came out I told her you close at 12 she said no, I said you going against the Google, what I meant is you put the time in the Google, right? time was 10:25, and she said you need to be a customer in order to use the restroom, I said okay give me a cup of coffee, my voice was laud cuz I was mad. She said no to me for coffee too. I used couple of bad words. I’m sorry, but this is frustrating. Not a first time they’re disrespectful and mocking me, being rude. So from now on I’ll stop going to Macdonald any and every location.. I know you don’t care, well one by one day by day.
I was just in McDonald's right now. The customer service was great, everything hot. And on time the only thing there was this issue. A customer came in and customer didn't like the price of the food it was buy one a regular prize, and the second $1 So the person who was severing couldn't cancel the order she asked the manager in charge and let her know that she can't cancel the order and she had to put out-of-pocket the person who is serving the customer. I don't understand why they couldn't cancel the order. The person who took my order was very nice. Respectful. It was the same employee who took my order? So it on fair that she had to pay out of her own money to pay back to customer.

Today, 10/10/24, I was in that place, my God!!! Terrible, very bad service they give in that place, starting with the manager, she likes to treat people badly and she starts fighting with the costumers, only at that moment that I was there did she respond badly to 4 people by insulting them with bad words, I won't go back to that place 😠. I hope they can change the staff who provide bad service and put the company they work for in a bad light.
