App Glitches. Had an app glitch on aug 30th that cost me 6k points that mcdonalds. The order wasn't honored and the store made me cancel. I got the money back from the canceled order but not the points used. I haven't been to any McDonald's since.

Severely disappointed with this location.
Ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and it came raw in the middle. The fries were not cooked all the way through. And I asked for a honey packet for the nuggs and received honey mustard.
I doubt anyone who works here at night cares about doing things correctly.

Disappointed to see that the upstairs was closed. I stopped at this McDonald's cuz it looked cool with its 2 story building. But they did stir my mcflurry which is sadly a rarity among McDonald's
Food was good. Staff was non-responsive. Bathroom was closed. Ice cream machine broken. Go somewhere else

Along with the one on Henry Street, one of the best McDonald’s I’ve frequented. Staff is consistently super friendly and I’ve actually had burgers that look like the photo advertisement!
