I just placed a mobile order and they didn't want to deliver it to me through drive thru. I asked them to please cancel it but they didn't cancel it, nor did they deliver the order but if they took the money from my card I feel scammed.

Anytime I order online from this location, they include wrong items, poor substitute items, or forget to leave the items at all. I made the mistake of ordering online from them a few time, and they failed to include my McFlurry multiple times. They always forget to include the sauces too.

One of the best Mcds ive been to. Fast and friendly staff, consistent good quality food, etc. My only complaint is that there should be a sign to prevent people from blocking the entrance from the highway while they attempt to sneak into the drive through line. There needs to be signs that say you must drive around. My friend was rear ended here and I have been very close as well.

They need better communication at the drive thru. They told me go to window 2. But the guy at window 1 was confused & thought I was lying. This has happened numerous times. They need better communication. Then they made me wait 5 minutes in lane 1 for my food. I do morning airport drop offs so I’m in there a couple times of week. They’re usually good but sometimes they’re not.
