Was walking through Arlington and found this spot by accident. Glad that I did; very delicious tacos (shrimp and barbocoa) and al pastor burrito. Perfectly seasoned with great drinks. New go to spot for late night chills.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times over the years and have always enjoyed the food and ambiance. However, my recent visit left me disappointed and concerned about the level of service. I arrived a few minutes late to meet a friend for dinner, and unfortunately, neither of the two waiters who came to our table offered me a menu or asked if I needed anything aside from a drink.
This lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness was surprising, especially considering the positive experiences I’ve had here in the past. One of the waiters—photo attached—appeared more focused on his phone than on the customers, which may explain the inattentiveness.
Customer service plays a major role in the dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short of expectations. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues with the staff. I truly do enjoy the food here, but lapses in service like this are unacceptable and should be corrected to ensure a consistently positive experience for all guests.

I came into the bar at 11ish, and I asked the bar tender if he was serving still and he rolled his eyes and didn’t respond. The bar closed at 12am. Super disrespectful.

It is with a sad heart that I have to come on google and share my experience here today . I order from this place multiple times a week and it’s usually AMAZING I brag about this place but I never will order from here again .’where do I even start . I order 4 beef tacos like always and while eating them I noticed they had a really strange taste but I kept eating until I couldn’t get over the taste . When I opened the tacos I noticed they’re more pink than normal and they were also in super big clumps . I broke open the clumps and inside it was raw …. Yeah red as heck and not to ruin anyone’s appetite but I threw up . It’s like the meat was just microwaved or I guess thrown in a pan and half cooked couldn’t even break up the meat . But that’s not the worst of it . Then I called the store and asked to talk to the manager . I think the manager was the worst part of my whole experience. He spoke over me the entire time and with out apologizing he just told me he can’t refund me . Mind you I didn’t even ask for a refund I order from them so much I was trying to inform them and would’ve been happy with an apology , I ate RAW meat . I can get sick from that I guess they don’t understand the severity of that . I offered to send photos but he declined and just was talking over me about how he can’t refund me . An apology would’ve been great . Long story short I’m sick to my stomach physically and figuratively. Check your food before you eat it
