I can't say enough about my experience at Mezeh. I ordered catering for 25 people about a year ago, and everything was perfect - the customer service, the delivery, the food quality, the portions, etc. Everything was really wonderful. Fast forward to this year (and because I had such a great experience the first time), I didn't think twice about ordering from them again for my 60-person event this past Saturday. I planned this event, so there were a lot of details to keep track of...and as such, I missed a big detail: I made a mistake on the date for the delivery. Needless to say, Patrick at Mezeh was AMAZING in helping me resolve my issue. He was calm, reassuring and truly went above and beyond to help me. My event went off without a hitch, and everyone RAVED about the food. It was, once again, perfect. They have a customer for life. They're the very best. THANK YOU, PATRICK AND MEZEH!

I just took out a Muscle Bowl and as soon as I asked my order the guy working there started having racist attitude for me that he picked from my accent that I am middle Eastern. I kept telling him respectfully I would like to order Muscle Bowl and he pretending he can’t hear me while the girl working with him had smirk on her face hearing me perfectly and I even asked her to help me but she ignored me. I had to guided him to print my order and read it and fill the bowl. He got upset and pretended that he had more work to do in the kitchen and left the bowl on the counter for 3 minutes. He was trying to give my order without sauce and I respectfully asked him please add sauce he rolled his eyes out of frustration like I asking too much to add sauce and I just kept cool to get my order and when I was leaving that guy kept staring at me with death look and freaking scary. I really feel discriminated, offended and don’t feel safe to go there. I wish i did not get the order because i paid with my credit card and he probably can find my information. I will never ever recommend Mezze to anyone at all. That shame shame.

This was my 3rd time ordering in a week considering how I LOVED Mezeh when I discovered it inside the DCA airport 2 weeks ago. But my deliveries from this location on Glebe have been bad. Today was terrible. Most important toppings were completely missing from my delivery! No caramelized eggplant, no cranberries, no roasted vegetables, cold, dried up tasteless meat, a TON of beets as an attempt to fill the bowl (which was half empty compared to my previous orders, dried up cold falafel, I can't believe what I received. Barely edible and beyond disappointed. Thsnkfully Doordash gave me a full refund. Avoid this location

My wife and I both got the vegan bowl here and we're really impressed. I eat a lot but it was too big for me to finish between the falafel, black lentils, chickpeas, and rice as well as all the veggies and toppings. I was also really pleasantly surprised how good the falafel flavor and texture was, it seemed like it had just been freed very recently. We will definitely be back!

I usually love Mezeh and have had great experiences in the past, but my recent order left me disappointed. I ordered a salad with chicken shawarma, and while the flavors were good, the portion of chicken was surprisingly small. It felt like I was eating mostly lettuce, which didn’t make the meal as filling or enjoyable as it could have been.
I hope this was just a one-time oversight, but I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed for future orders. Mezeh usually delivers quality food, so I’m hopeful they can improve on this next time.

The food is good but I don’t care for the attitude or the people who work there. They come off as passive aggressive and unpleasant. I’ve had them snicker and make fun of me to my face before. Some of them speak no English. Today I went and there was an employee sleeping in the dining area. What kind of place allows this? Super unprofessional.
