DO NOT GET THIS STORE ON TOOGOODTOGO
They promise 12 dollars worth of food but I got a plate of rice which they charge 4.39 on the menu now that I think about it
I could have gotten it for cheaper if I ordered off the store rather then togoodtogo

One of the best locations. Staff is amazing and responsive. Help fix or change any order. I love Moby in general, but this location is extra special.

It took them about 27 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, which in the end were very disappointing. And apparently the hot tea that’s on the dispensers on the side costs $2.19, whereas every other middle eastern restaurant serves it for free. Not worth it at all!

So disappointed. I really wanted baghali polo with the lamb shank and they tell me it's not ready yet. I tell them you know it's lunch time and they said, sorry, it's just not ready yet. This is not acceptable.

If you like eating food that is clearly frozen and then warmed up…eat here. This is the worst middle eastern food experience I have had. On par with McDonald’s food quality. I would avoid.

I used to love ordering food here but lately I have been mortified by the depth of unprofessionalism, lack of regard for customers and overall inappropriateness of this MOby Dick location: n ot only do they take orders and charge for it. They mote it as delivered in the app when on fact it has not even left their store. Additionally, I called them and they putting my call through to voicemail which is horrible as I have guests waiting and I feel so bad that I have spent and been charged for the meal I in good faith ordered and now I have to find something else for guest and no one at Moby Dick Shirlington had the decency to get on the phone. I am also frustrated at the expectation thot the helplessness they seem to communicate at not having Uber eats that they use pick up the food as if that id justification for not delivering the food. I mean I am not sure what else I al supposed to do as I paid for the delivery via their app as request. I am definetly making a report to the BBB at this point as this is simply unacceptable. If there is no delivery, I’d rather know that than be charged and treated as if I am asking too much because I expect the food to be delivered as promised. So please find a different Moby Dick to order at as this one does not have your best interest at heart though they will gladly take your money.

I didn't think it was possible to not finish a shawarma- I always believed you couldn't go wrong with one. But this place proved me wrong. Need I say more?

On my recent visit they left out my oder of hummus and shirazi salad. I only realized when I was already home and I had paid cash so I was not able to get a refund when I called in, only an empty promise that they would make it right. My advice would be to check your order before you leave and never tip until you confirm that your order is correct.
