Cozy vibes and great empanadas ??? Their chicken pesto is my absolute favorite! A while ago they had one with shrimp that was really good too. Love the way the Empanadas come with their name stamped on them like Chicken Pesto or Cheesesteak.

I tried a few and all I tasted at the end was a lot of sugar from the empanada dough. The after taste isn’t savory , it’s more sweet, so not what I was expecting. The Philly filling was good , the Papa was very dry.

Visited this gem based on recommendations from a friend while on a work trip to DC. Luckily the owners were there as well and got a chance to meet with them.
They got me to try their new creations and even gave me a sample of Bolivian coffee that they serve.
Empanadas were awesome. Chili chicken was my favorite of the ones I tried.
Highly recommend trying this out. I wish we had one in PA where I live.
Outstanding empanadas! I’ve eaten here three times now. The food quality and taste is top notch, as is their branding and décor. It's really cool that the name of the empanada is imprinted on the crust. My kids beg me to take them here for the paletas too! So delicious. Come check it out and don’t let the apocalyptic construction on Columbia Pike deter you. There’s plenty of parking next to the store.

Worse empanada ever! The chicken doesn’t have no chicken at all. The empanadas are frozen, they are just heated. Awful , they all ended in the trash can!

Tucked into a small building next to a pizza place, you can't miss the llama on the sign. We walked into this quaint little spot with limited seating.
Upon entering, no one greeted us, and when we got to the counter, no information was offered. She just stood there and pushed the menu in front of us. Customer service definitely lacks here.
You order at the counter, where the available empanadas are listed on a laminated sheet. It was a bit disappointing as many empanadas were sold out, leaving us with a limited selection. We opted for the special: three empanadas and a drink. However, it turned out to be a choice of just four sodas, despite a full case of drinks being visible, which was confusing. There are no fountain drinks available.
We ordered a beef empanada, which had good flavor and nicely diced olives, avoiding big chunks. All empanadas come in a golden crust, stamped with the flavor for easy identification. The chorizo empanada was our least favorite, lacking in flavor. My husband really enjoyed the Old Bay shrimp empanada, which was packed with good flavor. My husband really enjoyed the green mild sauce that was served alongside the empanadas.
They offer a pitcher of water for customers who prefer that option. There's also a cute spot for a photo op, adding to the charm of this quaint little place. We would definitely return, hoping to try more flavors when they are in stock.

We tried this restaurant for the first time today. The empanadas were delicious, and the restaurant is adorable. It would be a great spot to hang out or you can take your empanadas to go for a quick lunch. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a quick and convenient lunch or dinner to try it out!
