Last night, Oct 1, 2025, I ordered off Mrs. Chen's website. I paid. I went to the Mrs. Chen to pick up my order. The woman at the counter said she had no record of the order and refused to honor my order. I showed the charge from my bank's app on my phone and showed that it had been charged to my credit card. As she took no steps to address my dispute, even walking away from me, I am writing this today.

This was My first time at Mrs Chen's Kitchen. When I first arrived at the restaurant I was greeted very friendly. I was offered dine-in or take out. There were plenty of dining tables to sit and eat. The bathroom was clean and the dining area was clean. The food came out quick and hot. The Orange Chicken with rice was so good. There was plenty of parking for free.

Flat noodle - 1/10 noodle. Left in water way too long.
Beef - decent! Good flavor, 7/10
Veggie rolls - frozen/fried - 1/10

Im actually shocked at how bland the food was. Even the sweet and sour sauce was thin and lacking flavor.the fried rice had to be doused in sauces. How is that possible?

I paid $16 for the beef and broccoli. I’m the kind of person that thinks all food is good, so take it with a grain of salt when I say it was really tasty. Typical for family owned Chinese joints, the inside was so ghetto, which I personally loved. Woman running the joint, man, presumably husband, sitting on his phone. Checking all the boxes for what you’d expect. Menu and food pictures that looked 100 years old.
If you pay with cash, they give you a free can of soda!

Me and my fiancé had ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, spring rolls, shrimp fried rice and the cream cheese Rangoon’s and they were all really good. I really enjoy the fact that they were super fast as well! My food came hot and fast. I also had asked for extra sauce and the woman on the phone made sure to put extra sauces for me in my delivery bag, which was great customer service. I will definitely be ordering when I’m craving Chinese food again😋🥢🥡

I’ve been coming here for years since the previous owners. Today I walked in because I had a craving for an Egg roll. Instantly regretted it when ordered.
The manager catched an attitude as I reached for my card. She demanded cash. I told her I would be paying with card. She said no card or else I would be charged an additional $10 for using it. I asked why and she said because my egg roll is only $3 LOL. Like why does the $10 have to do with me? She kept pointing for my wallet to pull out cash. I decided to just go with it since I noticed a sign that said pay with cash and get free soda. So as I waited I told her I would be getting my free soda as announced. She was furious. Not sure if I’ll be coming back, the food has been different and customer Sercive is trash.
Pork in the lo mein was chewy and rubbery. Fried rice had no vegetables, was just brown in color. Mostly broccoli in the mixed veg. Crab rangoons barely any filling and the egg rolls were the worst I’ve ever had, inside was not nice. Will not order again unfortunately.
