Top 3 worst takeout experiences ever. One third of my order was not included, so I had to go back for it. Ordered a dozen wings, got 6, had to go back second time. Manager was apologetic, but after waiting two hours for my order I can’t really rate this experience more than one star. Food was fine, appetite wasn’t. If you do order from here, make sure you check the numbers, count the wings, the fries, whatever. Never again.

Contacted Nando’s corporate twice to see if I could get a replacement for this after I waited nearly 20 minutes for burnt food. No one reached out and it’s been over a week so I’m posting here.
I really like Nando’s but this place is inconsistent in terms of food quality served, sometimes they completely forget what ingredients go in bowls, add wrong sauces, or give you burnt food and completely cover it in sugar so don’t realize anything is wrong.

Do not come here for lunch. Especially for a take out. It took them more than 30 minutes to get me the most basic chicken breast sandwich. Please fix the way you guys operate this place or put a disclaimer on the ordering platform that it may take up to 40 minutes during busy hours. This way nobody has to waste time or get complaints like this.

If you value your time and want to get a burger, just go to the McDonalds next door. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional.

Total yum and nice people working here

Well, I love Nando's but tonight's experience at this location left a sour taste in my mouth. They were out of a lot of items (sure, that can happen), but when we ordered the Sweet and Spicy Chicken wrap, there was no chicken in one half and only a tiny piece of chicken in the other half of the wrap. It was basically veggie wrap. And then we waited for a long time for a watery corn on the cob. Not going to return to this location. Sadly.

Food was great. Service was awesome. Atmosphere was off the chain. Like they have a sink right there to wash your hands. Bathroom was clean. Overall a well thought of concept. Management is doing a good job keeping this place in tip top shape.

Found this restaurant by accident and glad I did! The man that took my order was quite friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating. Had the boneless chicken breast with sauce (which was a welcoming addition) brussel sprouts,and hummus.Also had the Mango Limeade. Enjoyed the meal and the service was top notch. Will be back again when I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Waited +30 mins for them to prepare a simple takeout order over lunch. Unacceptable, I recommend choose another lunch spot if you need to pick up something quickly.

Good food, friendly service, and fun atmosphere.

I go here frequently and it is consistently a good experience. The chicken is juicy yet charred. On some occasions, parts of the chicken breast on the whole chicken platter has been dry, but that hasn’t stopped me from coming back.

The staff here does a good job.

I appreciate having this place in the neighborhood.

Great location and super friendly staff. The food was great and was served rather quickly. The Peri-Ranch with the seasoned free was amazing! Definitely going back.
