The food was fine, but the service was simply beyond bad. An employee was taking his entire break in the restroom. He didn't leave the restroom until his break was over despite more than one customer needing to use the restroom, and the manger didn't do anything about it.

The chicken here was really dry… I got a half chicken it tasted like it got cooked last week. Every other Nando’s I’ve ever been to the chicken was juicy. This was disappointing, however the sides will still great. Maybe stick to the wings I think stopped cooking the chicken to order.

Nice job turning a convenient, fast casual restaurant into another sit down restaurant with toxic tipping culture.I paid an extra 15% (tip) so they could bring out my food without silverware, napkins or my drink. I had to get it myself, which isn’t a big deal. But why am I paying an extra 15%?Because some fat cats at corporate knew they could pump up the average revenue per customer.The food’s good but please stop trying to wring more money out of customers if you’re not going to offer more value in exchange.

Not only does the good slap every time, but the manager is plating food on the line, while also running around making sure no one leaves without having a great time. He was there 1:00pm on 11/30. A+

This location gave me the hardest avocado I’ve ever seen in my whole life. On top of that one whole side of my chicken breast was burnt and it was missing the Humus if that was supposed to go inside of the bowl. I don’t know if it’s pure laziness or someone just didn’t wanna work today, but the whole meal was disgusting. I suggest going to the location that’s close to the Ballston mall. They are much better. This location in Rosslyn is not great.

My girlfriend, my mother, and I went there for lunch, during the Marine Corps marathon (just as it was finishing, quite nearby). It was very busy, yet the man who greeted us -- immediately as we entered-- was very polite, friendly,and helpful. He informed us that there were things on the menu that they were out of, which was totally understandable. Our food came out surprisingly fast, and was very good. Thanks, person who was in charge, and also our server, who was equally great.
