I like this place for what it is - a quick stop shop for sandwiches, snacks, and a bottle of wine. It's not a 5 star deli - but I really enjoy the tuna salad wrap. The people are friendly and efficient. Good neighborhood bodega.

Be careful at the price checkout, you will be subject to pay for a lot more of their tickted prices. If you leave without your receipt, and happen to come back for a refund, they will push you to the end of the line until they will finish pretending to be nice with other customers. Decent selection but half the products' price tags don't match what's actually charged at checkout. When you bring that up and show the labeled price (which tends to be lower than the checkout price) they just shrug their shoulders. Disappointing service.

They carry Nightingale ice cream sandwiches which are so much better than regular grocery-store ones! They're thick cookies with an inch of ice cream in between. The store has a good selection of flavour selections and the service was great.

This is my second time eating here! Came in yesterday for lunch and got a turkey panini and Greek salad. The sandwich was delicious and I love the dressing for the Greek salad! However, about four hours later, I was at my demise. Nausea, vomiting, and excruciating abdominal pain. The culprit - food poisoning! Now, these items were the only thing I had eaten that day, besides a banana for breakfast. I am an avid salad eater, and the salad didn't have any meat so I don't suspect it was that. However the turkey panini (P1 to be specific) has me very suspicious. Overall, clean store, friendly staff and great choices for the menu. I would avoid eating any poultry there (or in general nowadays) to be on the safe side.

This is one of the coolest shops in the northern virginia area. On first glance it looks like a nice little convenience store but it is so much more. First of all, the products are all handpicked quality items, ranging from some novelty and speciality goods such as snacks to more everyday items such as toothpaste and deodorant. The items are all fairly priced and you can find some really rare finds that are truly amazing. The best thing about this shop is it that the family that owns the store are a wonderful bunch, ready to cater to your every need especially if you are a regular here. If you are ever there and Suly, the manager, is available feel free to ask him anything and he will do his best to accommodate you!

I wanted to find a lunch place within walking distance with reasonable prices. Natural is on the corner of a large building in the middle of Ballston and the prices were good. I got the Isabella - the sandwich was prepared quickly and I was in and out very quickly. It was pretty good so I'll probably go back and try a different sandwich next time.

There's a lot of variety which I love! We got their hot paninis delivered to us. P6 Hot Panini - Bread is crispy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside - Perfect amount of fresh ingredients -- mozzarella cheese, tomato, spinach, roasted red pepper, and basil pesto - Very filling (despite looking small) I would for sure come back for another sandwich!
