I had been to this restaurant multiple times with good experiences. The pepperoni rolls have good flavor and the Bloody Mary’s are amazing. However, the last time I was there, I must have been sitting in a “regular’s” seat, because he and his friends were belligerent and rude to me and my friends for all the bartenders to hear. Nettie’s has great food and great staff but the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely need a lesson or two in WV hospitality. Have been several times and have loved it, but 2 patrons at the bar today, deemed as regulars were permitted to be rude and verbally accost other patrons. Very disappointed with no plans to return.

Nettie's Tavern serves great food, including a Caesar salad and burger. The venison chili is a favorite. The restaurant has a nice decor and affordable specials. It is a great neighborhood place with a nice crowd. The food and drinks are amazing, and the portions are good. However, it can get very loud inside, making it hard to talk. The staff provides good service, but can be slow with delivery and clearing tables.
