They need to change how they store produce - sliced strawberries for my pancakes tasted like onions

food was ok, but what makes me not coming back here is the service, first you come in and they don’t even look at you, then i’ve asked for a menu and they pointed at the tablet, after you finish your order you pick a number to bring at your table, for no reason because they will call you at the counter to pick up your order, i felt like they were doing me a favor to having me there and looking around to other costumers i see the same treatment

The coffee is great, but the atmosphere can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, i have been interrupted by employees' children running around the service area, including the beautiful brewing room. This makes it hard to focus or relax. For a place that seems geared toward adults and remote workers, it often feels more like a daycare.

It’s a really great coffee spot in town! They’re serious about bean quality and variety, and the coffee is excellent. It’s also one of the rare cafés that stays open after dinnertime—which we really appreciate. I’d love to come back and try their brunch too.

Origin Coffee Lab & Kitchen, located in Westpost at National Landing in Arlington, VA, offers espresso drinks such as lattes, cortados, and cold brew, along with breakfast items, sandwiches, toast, and desserts, including cream puffs, carrot cake, coffee milk cake, and banana walnut bread. The ambiance features a clean, industrial interior with high ceilings and fast service. It’s an ideal spot for enjoying coffee with dessert after shopping at Westpost or for having a warm drink after skating nearby.

The coffee was strong with a subtle acidity, but the banana bread was somewhat dry and average, and could be improved. The selection of baked goods and desserts was somewhat limited and could benefit from more options.

Origin has been my favorite café over the past two years. The coffee and food are fantastic! The staff are always so friendly, and they often surprised me with cute latte art of little cats on my drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to meet up with friends. Highly recommended!

Loved their spanish latte but their ordering system can be unclear. Seating looks to be limited and a 30% tipping suggestion is high for customers to order on an ipad

Really sad day to be origin coffee. Ordered breakfast the morning of thanksgiving and everything was so expensive for such poor quality. The breakfast sausage and biscuit was decent, although the biscuit is more like white bread than a biscuit. The coffees were terrible, and the cinnamon spiced had no taste of spice nor cinnamon. The breakfast sandwich was the worst part, do they use Thomas bagels here? You lost a customer but hey at least you saved an extra piece of bacon.

Ordered through uber eats.
My origin breakfast was really good, it came hot! Everything else unfortunately wasn’t.

We got a BEC, there was quite literally a half strip of bacon and a mountain of egg. That’s just disrespectful…

For some reason they put skimmed milk in my latte when I didn’t ask for that in my order. The receipt shows I ordered it normally with no milk substitutes, but the sticker on the drink says skimmed and it makes a huge difference in taste and it’s not good at all.

If you’re out of stuff I’d rather you just cancel the order than to send out subpar items that ppl spend their hard earned $ on.

I dont live in the area, but had the chance to get this place multiple times while visiting family. Im a coffee snob and ill admit my experience is somewhat sparce, however, this place was a 10/10 every. time. i got it. Actually the perfect cup of coffee. Im only leaving this review cause I’m reminiscing about it right now. I haven't even had a cup from here in like 4 months
