In Mexico City there is a Torta cart that is known mostly to locals and has the best Tortas in the whole city; I have not had a torta as good as that until I ate the Torta Cubana here, it is amazingly delicious.My whole family loves their food, we have tried the Torta La Pechugona, it is the best chicken “sandwich”/torta we have tried anywhere. If you are more in the mood for a classic torta, the Torta Del Chavo can’t be beat.While their name and main menu items are tortas, their tacos are better than ANY other restaurant or food truck in DC, VA or MD. Just like their tortas, the tacos taste like you are getting them from the best local hangout in Mexico City. I recommend that you get a few Al Pastor tacos, but don’t forget to try their Chorizo and steak tacos.We always get one or two orders of tacos to complement our tortas. I can’t wait to try every item in their menu.

My favorite taco food truck in all of the DMV! The owner is super sweet. The meat is always well seasoned. I've tried all of the tacos they have on the menu and haven't had one I didn't like. When I lived in Rosslyn, I used to stop by whenever I could. Now that I live a few neighborhoods over, getting tacos from Pa' Tortas is a treat!

Most delicious tacos in the DMV. As soon as I found out that this is the sister truck for Pa'Tacos el Papi I bought nine. Super flavorful and marinated meat, soft corn tortillas, perfect accoutrements and perfectly balanced hot sauce. Run, do not walk to this place!!!

Yum! Freshly made tacos at a great price point. Four tacos for only $11! I was very pleased. These aren't my favorite tacos in the area, but a solid option. The tacos were very flavorful and I like the touch of cucumber. I found some of the meat to be a bit dry, particularly the chicken. Their verde sauce was delicious. I just wish they gave more of it. They're made fresh so expect to wait a bit!

The food is made to order, prepared quickly, and they have a great 3 for $8 taco deal so you can mix and match to try different combos! You can tell this family owned/operated business is a favorite among locals as there is always a crowd from open to close. A definitely must-try if you're in Rosslyn.
