Literally never good food, they just know they’re basically the only option. Flying at 6 am, just needed a table to do some work, the the waitress was rude, sarcastic and basically said she needed the seat I was in. No one else was sitting in the whole area of the restaurant. If I had been asked to move that’s one thing, but a bitchy and sarcastic attitude is not okay. Don’t want people working in the seats, don’t be the only tables in the whole damn terminal.
Racist rude employee made me get up out of my seat because I didn’t order food from their disgusting overpriced restaurant. Funny thing was that a woman of color was eating from another restaurant AND THAT WAS ALLOWED
awesome service, this woman took my order for a cappuccino and left, after waiting about 20 minutes for coffee I never got it, and she continued chatting with colleagues
Filthy dirty, rude staff...
You have to constantly order FOOD, drinks are not enough to order if you want to sit at the table... you must order more than a drink... this place needs to go, evicted out of the airport...
Steps away from southwest gates. Serves food and drinks via scanning a url code. Quick service
Grilled cheese was quite good and came out in 10 min. Average amount of overpriced for an airport.
Thought this would be a nice place to sit while waiting for my delayed flight. I’d recommend finding a seat at your gate instead - or try the restaurant further up. Was crowded and loud so actually less relaxing than the gate. Lots of servers yelling at each other (to be fair over the loud background noise) and customers complaining about where’s their drink/food. I paid over $30 with tip for a “steak salad with local greens.” I asked for medium and it came doused in veg oil and burnt to a crisp. Probably a good thing after seeing the brown and yellowed greens and radishes. The server was nice and made sure my spot was clean when I arrived and that I had water (served in a plastic cup along with my plastic utensils). 😅Comical for price and what you get. I would definitely just grab to go snacks and sit at my gate or try a different place the next time.
This establishment only uses QR CODES you are still requested tip 20% on your bill unless you change the setting. No service except to drop off your order. I was also served brown celery with my $20 Bloody Mary. Plenty of help standing around to take an order or say hello. The eggs also taste fake.
My waitress came over and said I needed to buy something to sit here (fair but she was rude in her approach) I went ahead and ordered a coffee but before it even arrived she came back started giving me a hard time saying it wasnt good enough and I needed to order something more like food or dessert. I said I already ordered something, I wasnt hungry and that when she first told me to make a purchase she didn't tell me it had to be food or a certain dollar amount. I now feel afraid to drink my coffee in case she comes and kicks me out or pushes me to order more. I've never had someone say a purchase wasn't good enough and it was just a really rude and poor customer service. Other customers also saw the scene it caused and were in agreement that she was unprofessional and buying a coffee should have been sufficient.
I was informed need to order to sit. So, I ordered and tip, then informed a bit later while waiting for my flight that I needed to order more than one thing. I would be ordering from elsewhere. Would not recommend this location.
Restaurantji Recommends
Good place for a bite, also has a full bar. Ordering is through a QR code at one of their seats.
Please add more vegan options!
I’m writing to express my disappointment following an experience at Page Restaurant on Wednesday, June 11th at 9:20 PM. While waiting for my flight, I sat with my two mentees for approximately 20 minutes without issue. Suddenly, I was approached and told I had to order something or leave. I complied by changing seats—only to watch the area refill with other patrons who were not given the same directive.
It’s difficult not to question the motivation behind this request, especially as no similar action was taken with other guests. The inconsistency in treatment left me feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable. As someone who previously lived in D.C. and who frequently travels through this airport, I have often chosen Page as a stop—but this experience has caused me to reconsider.
It may be time for new leadership and a refreshed concept that prioritizes equality, consistency, and respectful guest service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to real change.
It feels sort of ridiculous to have to type my card info into a web app just to order a four dollar coffee. Two other customers around me were just as surprised about having to do the same, then finding out the beer they selected wasn't available. It would be much better if we could just order from a person for simple items.
I had ordered my food..45 mins went by and still had not received my food. When I asked about my food, I was met with an attitude. Asked that I should leave since I am not ordering any food. Then I had mentioned about my food, only to be given the cold burrito about an hour later. Worst food service..
