Don't expect a whole lot at airports but the terminal is small and this place is smack dab in the middle of it. The servers are rude to anyone who attempts to sit there even to get their bearings after getting off flight. We seen them chase off multiple people and truly rude about it. Not the greatest location for a decent concept. Food was good. Terminal was too small for it.

Horrible. They have to manually enter your credit card. Can't swipe, tap, or insert. Then when it doesn't work, they want you to read the card to them so everyone at the airport can here your name, phone, full credit card info, etc. Ridiculous! Carrying around a tablet to take orders but can't scan a card!

What a counter…. First you order through a QRCode that asks you all personnel information to pay for 2 beers…. Then you wait 15 minutes to get them…. How about just talking to your clients…. How difficult can that be?….

I’m so sick of eating here. Plan to bus your area, thing will be wiped down. No one will check on you unless you are rude to them first. They will not ask if you need anything with your meal. (Condiments) they will not get your drink order right. They will not get you a box after asking twice then they will tell you the small boxes are too far away so take the big pizza box cuz they don’t want to walk to a different area behind the bar…. Plan to pay $50+

Eat here as a last resort.

Can only order food and drinks through stupid webpage. “Wait staff” does not speak a word of English and cannot take food / drink orders like every other airport bar in the world. What an idiotic place.

The grilled cheese & bacon sandwich comes with MAYO and TOMATOES. Disgusting! Complicated a simple sandwich and made it revolting. Service came with attitude, too! Wish I wouldn't have ripped up front.

Noting this was 4-5 in the morning, I think I was the first customer of the day. Ordered the breakfast quesadilla and a coffee. Both were pretty good. Only issue was the price for both were pretty high. Service was on-point.

My stomach is still upset after eating this overpriced foods. I'm pretty certain it's all microwaved food. The bacon was as thin as tissue paper. It was better than nothing at the time but I would not eat there again. There is something not right with the food.

Got the breakfast burrito. A bit bland. Coffee was okay. Seating and service were excellent though. Comfortable and roomy.

Ugh! I’m so disappointed by this place! What poor representation. The food in the cases is sickening! It will not make you want to eat here. Please remodel and bring back contact with a bartender, preferably one that speaks English.

This review is for the bar area near the gates on old building at Reagan. Where do I start.....
Does this place have a manager? A manager that cares is a better question. Sat down and the area was a freaking mess. Dirty napkins every where and clear they haven't wiped down the area in a while. The mat is soaking wet. Well I have some time so lets order a beer. A women sits down across from me and orders a toasted sandwich well after my arrival. Some how the neighbour's toasted sandwich comes out BEFORE my beer that i ordered well before her order. What? Of course I'm seeing a large draft up there just sitting....you got it, it is mine. 5 minutes maybe it sat there. I'm boilin. Well some nice woman decides to pick it up and bring it to me with this massive grin on her face, she is staring me down. If the beer wasn't cold i would have given it to her and asked for a manager but somehow the damn beer is ice cold. So 5 stars on the cold Sam Adams. Note nice woman has no intent of cleaning our table. Smiles and i'm out of here! Now i'm interested, as a business owner and someone that worked in a restaurant as youngster. I watch intently. As I'm looking at the dirty area around us, i see our nice lady and 3 of her friends sitting around laughing and having a good time. They walk by dirty dishes accross the area as if non existent. Also there is a guy that might be management, dressed up a bit, bald head, in front and behind the bar so someone is there to maybe over see these folks?

So I guess what pisses me off more is they ask for a tip before a service is provided. I would like mine back please based on the terrible service provided. Let me know how we execute this refund. You didn't earn anything today.

At my businesses, someone would be retrained once and then fired, I don't care how tight the labor market is.
