I ordered one large pizza, one steak and cheese, and one order of fries. I specifically asked for large fries instead of a side of fries since it’s for two kids. The side is 2.99 and the large is 4.99. I was charged for large fries and got a side of fries. When I called to ask about what happened the lady who answered the phone told me to just return the fries then. She was extremely rude to me.

They came looking for two sliced pizzas at this place and they told me they didn't sell them. Then when I left the establishment someone came out with two boxes the size of sliced pizza. No one asked me if I was going to order something

We are in town for a few days and got hungry. All of the restaurants on base were closed, so we drove to Paisano's. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and a Chicken Alfredo along with two drinks. Both were hot and delicious, I don't comment unfavorably on prices anymore because ingredient costs have gone up so much and I'm sure rent on the building is outrageous. The entire meal was less than $30, which I think is fair. We will definitely go back when we're back in town,

My friend ordered some Paisano's for the CFP National Championship game this past Monday. Pizza for the evening game was a very good move, and Paisano's hit the spot for me. BUFFALO CHICKEN (NY STYLE) I'm not sure if I've ever had buffalo chicken pizza before, but the couple slices I had really hit. I wolfed them up so quickly. There was plenty of chicken here and the buffalo sauce was delicious. The cheese hit, too. I would be down to order pizza here again in the future and try out their other options.

I tried so hard to place an order for delivery. The woman taking the order could not input my information correctly. A supervisor was put on the phone who was incredibly rude. I called Presto Pizza and the order was handled with ease and respectfully without having to repeat it 4 times without an attitude. From a onevbusiness owner to another, rethink staffing before they run your business into the ground!

So in 2018, Pisanos redeemed themselves with great pizza and service. Fast forward, 2023. Pershing Drive Arlington Pisanos...took over an hour to get a pizza that drove around for 15 minutes and was lukewarm when it arrived. I called after 45 minutes. When it arrived I called again stating that the pizza was cold and substandard. I was offered a 20% off coupon. I live in the neighborhood of the store and have been a customer for over 6 years. I am no longer a customer at a store that can't deliver a warm pizza that is actually warm. Far cry from the store and service that made us customers. That is over.

We ordered pizza from here over the weekend, while at a nearby hotel and in town for the Marathon. We ordered around 10pm, after a long day of traveling and looking for something simple, but the pizza didn't arrive until 11pm. The cheese pizza was $20 for an "extra large", which is the equivalent size of a Domino's Pizza - large. Charging $20 for this, especially after tasting it, is robbery. As an aside, it looked like Stevie Wonder did the cutting of the slices as they were all over the pie. We also ordered the chicken tender app ($11), which was absolutely terrible. The tenders were cold and there weren't many in the box. If you're in this area, go somewhere else. There are many nicer places near the courthouse area that cost about the same. The food from this place was the worst we had all weekend.

After waiting for food for 2 hours and calling 2 times only to be told a driver will be arriving shortly, the manager told me the driver “tried” to deliver. Never identified oneself, never left a voicemail, never used the entry code to the building, never bothered to even call from the call box downstairs. When confronted with facts I was told to NEVER CALL HERE AGAIN…. make your own judgement. After 10 years of buying from Paisanos (different location) I was told to never call again…
