The açaí is so good. These are the best bowls. Fruit is fresh and loaded. The custom bowls are creative and tasty. Love the Dubai and the new biscoff themed ones. Great additions to the menu. Don’t sleep on the shakes. They are thick and tasty. Great spot!

I decided to stop here after a workout because the area really doesn’t have healthy options. So when I walked in the cashier was super friendly, told me about the menu, tried açaí sample for the first time, and left with a protein açaí smoothie. It was good and now I have a new routine. Thanks for the help! I believe she spelled her name like Uni? Thanks!

I had such a wonderful experience. Kaitlyn was so wonderful walking us through the different options. She helped me with my nut allergy and pointed me to the best option. This place will for sure be my new healthy addiction.

This was me and my husbands first time here. Gentleman at the front was very, very helpful to us both about making a fitting choice. Definitely would come back.

The manager on duty was an amazing young person. I believe from North Carolina. Knowledgeable and friendly.

I love this place so much. I moved away and every time I’m back in the area to visit I have to stop in and get an açaí bowl

The best Acai bowls I've had on the east coast, south & Midwest. They aren't stingy with toppings. Always fresh.

First time here, wanted to try the coconut bowls they had but sadly were out of stock, I ended up trying the sunset bowl, amazing amazing! the lady who made it did an amazing job stuffing it and gave a very generous amount. As soon as I walked in was greeted immediately and the workers were very polite and super helpful since I wasn’t sure what to get, definitely would come back again.

the picture I added doesn’t justify how packed my bowl was with fruits and everything! I got a size regular :)

Lots of options to choose from. Generous toppings.

The order was 10 minutes late despite being ordered ahead of time and there being hardly any business at the time. It was also wrong in 3 different ways. My girlfriend's bowl should've had granola with her white chocolate and hazelnut drizzles, but she had no granola. My bowl wasn't supposed to have white chocolate at all, and i need gluten-free granola, but was given a bowl with white chocolate and regular granola. I'll suffer gastrointestinal distress, fatigue, and skin conditions for at least a week now, thanks to the nutrient deprivation I'm experiencing from that sudden contamination. Toastique, south block, tropical smoothie, smootie king, and robeks all offer much better quality than palm berries.

This place has good açaí bowls, but customer service needs work. I visited on July 1st, 2025, about 30 minutes before closing. A young woman took my order and was rude. We had a brief misunderstanding about the fruit, which I didn’t even realize was an issue, and I still tipped. While I was waiting, she took another order, made that bowl, and told the next customer it was ready. That customer then asked me if the bowl was mine instead of hers, since she realized I had been waiting longer. I told her no, it wasn’t mine. The worker then looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked to the back. The young man had to tell me my order was ready. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. Employees should be trained to provide better face-to-face service, especially when customers can’t see their food being prepared. Highly disappointed.
