Horrible customer service. I asked for something way less sweet and couldn’t drink it because it was too sweet but the owner refused to do anything. Paid 10€ for it!!!

Coconut milk tea with strawberry jelly was amazing. Taro milk tea with boba was also good. The boba pearls were decent. The service was quick and efficient. I recommend 50% sweetness for all drinks.

i don’t recommend this place at all. first time coming here, the prices threw me off, i got a brown sugar boba milk tea i asked for it to be extra sweet she charges a dollar extra to make it sweeter, as for boba also. i went to pay and was grabbing my card which i couldn’t find as she clearly sees me looking for my payment method in which she replies “are u gonna pay or not” that attitude threw me off such nasty bitter attitude. to top it off this boba was disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND! rude, over priced, and not tasty. stick to regular old kung fu tea, never disappoints.

After ordering the cashier screamed at the others employees. They looked petrified. The drinks aren’t good. I left the mall with an upset stomach. Just save your money and go somewhere better.

I ordered Jasmine Green Milk Tea with coconut jelly. It tastes really good, but is too pricey. Especially it is the first time I ever saw a milk tea place requires $1 extra for no ice, making one single drink almost $9. Such a lame thing to do… Although I might come back to try the fish waffle.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They made my drink extremely sweet when I asked for no sugar. I asked them to please refund or remake it because it was not what I asked for. They refused and argued with me and began yelling at me, all because they made my drink incorrectly and I could not drink it. I have a dietary issue where I cannot intake sugar at such high levels. They were entirely rude, uncooperative and aggressive. This store essentially robbed me because I could not receive the item they made and they refused to refund me. The old lady working there is an absolute menace who will scream at you instead of offering proper customer service to ensure you get what you ordered. The younger guy maybe her son was right along with her yelling at me. The other young employee seemed scared but acted like this happens all the time. These people are thieves. Don’t support them by giving them your service, they deserve to go out of business. Absolutely corrupt. All over a simple bubble tea.

I went with a couple of my friends to this bubble tea place because we thought it would be fun and tasty. I was excited to try this because I’ve never had bubble tea before, but I ordered the strawberry milk tea with tapioca bubbles and I was extremely disappointed. At first, it didn’t seem that bad, but when my friends tried it they told me it didn’t taste right and tasted very floral. After leaving it be for less that 5 minutes, the ingredients had separated and it looked disgusting. I threw it away almost completely full. The only upside was that the place was cute. My friend did order the brown sugar tiger milk tea and it was really sweet but I found it tasty. Please do not order the strawberry milk tea. I regret not looking at the bad reviews.

Service was okay, people were nice and all but the tea was AWFUL. Just absolutely nasty; horrendous. Strawberry milk tea was way to strong, oddly floral tasting, and the ingredients separated in the drink. We also got the Earl grey milk tea and the brown sugar tiger and they were okay although the Brown sugar was overpoweringly sweet. The place was cute, though.

I've come to this store many times before, and normally have a pleasant experience, but today I came to get a some ice cream with my bf, when we got the cashier and I told her my order see seem annoyed that I was ordering rolled ice cream, she gave us a weird look and sighed, the whole time she seem annoyed, and when she started making our order she told us she didn't have bananas, which was the main ingredient to my ic1e cream. I had wished she had told me that in the beginning, then I wouldn't have ordered as it was the only thing I wanted. We had wanted to get a refund since I really didn't want anything else, but the lady told us she couldn't do a refund and wanted us to pick something else. The whole time, she seemed pissed. My boyfriend also tried contacting the manager, and she said that we should've known before ordering that they didn't have bananas, but we didn't until after we made our purchase. So the manager called us back and told us that she could've done the refund if we hadn't gotten a replacement, but when we asked the cashier, she told us she couldn't do a refund and never told us that the manager could do it, but we had gotten a replacement because we didn't want to lose money for that order and we were made to believe that they wasn't any way to get our money back.Overall, I had a bad experience and probably won't come back.

I got a taro bubble tea with almond milk but it had no flavor. When I had originally asked for no ice the guy said that was $1 extra but then he said he just made it lighter. I said that was the opposite of what I wanted because the ice waters it down . He continued making it and gave it to me. I tasted it and said there was no flavor. Both he and the lady said there was nothing they could do to change it or add flavor. Neither were helpful, and it was tasteless.

Old lady on the cash register hates her job. I purchased my kids and myself 3 boba teas and we were planning on sharing a chocolate rolled ice cream. We asked for 3 spoons and the old lady cashier yelled at us saying we’re can only get 1 spoon. How am I supposed to eat rolled up ice cream with my hands? She was very rude and inconsiderate especially in front of my kids. I will never be spending my good money here and you should not either! Get rid of the old lady cashier and we might think about returning!! If 0 stars was an option, that’s what this business would have received…never have I ever been treated so rudely!!!

DO NOT EVEN WALK IN! Whoever the older lady from there is, she’s rude! I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie with no boba. She gave me a banana smoothie and I said hey I asked for a strawberry and banana and she kept saying I NEVER said that. I was like yes, I did. Because I even asked if you had banana for the strawberry smoothies and she said yes. So I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie with no boba. She was arguing with me for a while. I tried telling her I would pay the difference if they could just add strawberries and she said no. She was trying to charge me for a whole new one. DO NOT GO THERE! She’s so rude & nasty. I feel bad for her employees they looked afraid. They couldn’t even talk!
