This place needs to stop allowing delivery drivers. As a commuter I'm so tired of them parking in front of the bus turn around in Rosslyn with no care in the world. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE PARKING. DO NOT ALLOW PICKUP ORDERS.

I didn't realize it was close to closing when I walked down there from my hotel. A less than 10 minute walk thank goodness, because it was snowing and cold. It was the usual Panera, but tucked away in a corner by a metro station. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. and the entrance had stairs, as well as a ramp.

Came in on a Friday morning at around 10:45am and asked if they have tee. The Cashier lady responded very rudely with “we do not sell tee’s here” there are ways to express and respond but not with a rudely attitude and body language that is very uncalled for with a customer who hasn’t done anything wrong simply ask if they would have tea. Unbelievable who is the manager of this location?

This Panera is excellent. All food items and drinks are always in stock, quality of the food is always excellent, and the staff is great! Management is extremely friendly and professional and even the kitchen staff greet you with a smile. The dining area and drink counter are always clean and sanitary. I always feel very welcome when I come here, whether im alone or with friends, this is a great location.

Most Panera restaurants I've been to in the past will have a quiet person behind the counter who doesn't seem like they even want to talk to you.I've been to this Panera multiple times, and I always have a good experience. This Panera not only has some of the friendliest employees, but some of the highest quality food of any Panera I've been to. I really enjoy coming for the iced coffee!Brian, Satria, Ruth, and Josue are just some of the nice employees who work here. I highly recommend stopping by.
