Has been a pretty good location for a Panera bread last time I went two or so months ago. (Just judging within Panera Breads)

I’ve been enjoying Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club, and it’s a great deal! Having access to a variety of drinks, especially the iced teas and coffees, is fantastic, and it definitely keeps me coming back. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the quality of the food lately, especially the sandwiches. They often barely have enough protein and feel a bit underwhelming for the price. The sandwiches also tend to be sloppily prepared, which takes away from the overall experience. On the bright side, the staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the visit more pleasant. If the food quality improves, Panera would definitely be a top choice for me.

One of the best run restaurants of this type, with the best staff, I've experienced. I'm a frequent customer, and it is clean (including the bathrooms--and thank you for having paper towels we can use to open the door) with a very friendly staff, including. management. The outdoor seating is a nice plus. The wi-fi could be stronger, but that's a nitpick. Thank you for bringing a positive Panera experience to Ballston.

The only place where people are super nice, is Panera. Their Hello and have a nice day, are meaningful.

Your food used to be great. But, recently it’s pure trash. If i cooked it, i dont think it will be worse. When I order Caesar salad, the bowl is full of white sap. Why?
When I order sandwich, the meat looks like y’all just pasted it on the sandwich. No quality whatsoever. Not to mention, some of your staff has a nasty attitude, unprofessional.

I think there are some serious issues with the chain restaurants in the Ballston area. Chipotle is already a nightmare, and now Panera Bread is adding to it.

I placed an online order for a full sandwich but only received half. I ordered through their app, however, when I called the store to address the blunder, the representative didn’t even acknowledge that the order was placed through their app, and not DoorDash. Additionally, she assured me a full refund, but after 3-4 days with no refund, I called again only to find out the refund wasn’t even initiated. It was only after several follow-ups that I received my money back. This has been my worst experience with Panera Bread, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I buy from this location every week and have sent thousands of dollars at this location. The employee refused to allow me to use their bathroom. I had to buy something. Unacceptable!!!

I just accidentally read one low star review that was complaining about homeless people coming to Panera because Panera have a promotion of free drinks. Homeless people are human too. I don’t why they ended up becoming homeless, they must have a sad story, but the way you described the homeless people i was discussed. Maybe one drink can lighten their day! Open your heart and vision and don’t be ignorant! I always try my best to help homeless people. After all Thank you Panera for the Promotion and subscriptions for endless drinks! It’s really good!

Brian and Alexis went above and beyond with their service. Staff seems to enjoy working there under Brian’s leadership. Locals were chatting, working, studying, and dinning area was very clean

I don’t want to be that guy, but this Panera has become the hang out for homeless in the area. They offered a unlimited drinks special for $3 a month and all the homeless signed up. I do not feel comfortable eating at this location, I usually get my food to go and I’m in and out in 30 seconds. Multiple homeless there every day.

Decided to try this new Panera in Ballston for lunch - staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in, directing me to the counter for my mobile takeout order. Food was perfect, everything in my order was there and tasted great! Just for awareness, this location does seem to be more catered for to-go orders (not much seating inside)

I play a game every time I go: open your order in front of the workers and immediately tell them what they left out.If you ordered a bagel and cookie, the cookie will be missing. Order a pick-two, nah you’ll get a pick-one. It’s a brand new location but they’ve messed something up 8/10 times. Not being dramatic. I would’ve already stopped going if the location wasn’t so convenient.
