Ordered 4 u pick 2s. The bag only had 2 half sandwiches while I was charged for the ordered meal. Probably an oversight but the processor of the order should have been careful

The manager Patrick was awesome, we had an issue with a third party delivery door Dasher and Patrick really did an excellent job at making sure we had no worries fixing the problem.

The young cashier this morning I wish I would’ve got her name. She look like she was African descent. Purchase my food around 9:30 ish customer service was amazing. Definitely will be going back to this location thank you.

Big fan of this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, often having my coffee cup ready before I’ve even finished putting in my order. They make mornings just a little bit nicer.

Really horrible customer service. I went in this morning to order a coffee and after waiting 15 minutes I finally went up to ask about it. The manager told me that they didn’t see it in the system even after I showed the charge on my credit card. After a 5 minute back and forth about a $5 cup of coffee where I was told that I must have ordered it incorrectly it was finally decided that I should just order and pay AGAIN. I left and do not plan on ordering anything from this Panera ever again.

Stellar and phenomenal Panera Bread location in the heart ❤️ of Ballston, Virginia! I’m visiting many different Panera Bread locations and each one is so incredibly special! The staff and the customers are amazing. The food and beverages are, of course, outstanding! I can’t wait to return and thank you tremendously for being such a wonderful company. 💙🙏

I’ve been to many Panera Bread locations, but this one truly stands out because of its exceptional customer service. Every visit is a positive experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager, who always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued.
The manager is consistently visible on the floor—greeting customers, checking in to make sure everyone is satisfied, and even helping the staff during busy times. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience and create a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
The rest of the team is also attentive, polite, and quick to help. Orders are accurate, the space is clean, and the overall vibe is relaxed but professional. It’s refreshing to see a location where management leads by example and customer care is clearly a priority.
Highly recommend stopping by this Panera if you appreciate good food and even better service!

Regular customer as I work across the street. I normally order an iced or hot chai latte and it’s different every time I go - sometimes it tastes like just milk and ice, and others times it’s ok. As a result, I started to ask for extra chai every-time I order it. I asked one lady at the front if I can ask for extra when I order ahead on the app and she said yes, when in fact there is no place to ask for it on the app. Regardless, she’s more than happy to add it for me when I come in and order it.
I walked in today like any other day and proceeded to ask for my normal order. An older gentleman at the register told me because there is no button on the register, that extra chai cannot be added to my drink. I told him i normally come in and order this drink and the barista has no problem adding it. He looked at me dead in my face and said nothing. Rather than attempting to be accommodating or even simply turning around to tell the barista to add a little more, he did nothing and just looked at me. I’m not sure if he didn’t want to proceed because he couldn’t charge me for extra but if he would’ve stated that, I wouldn’t have minded paying a dollar or whatever the cost was. The entire interaction turned me off so I told him it’s ok and I’ll go somewhere else. Idk what managerial or customer service training he’s had but most of the employees at this Panera are very nice and warm so it’s extremely frustrating to encounter this first thing in the morning.
