My buddy picked up a late lunch for us here and they didn’t include the chicken on our chicken sandwiches. For anyone that chooses to go here, be SURE to open the sealed container in the store to check your food. The receipt even has a section that says Order Checked By: Our receipt just has a smiley face in that section... They wouldn’t pick up the phone either. Mistakes happen but the fact nobody answered the phone with 2 calls made during a slow period (4pm) is enough to make me not recommend this place.

I went to the store to buy something, and the store is very clean, but I don't understand if they have to follow the rules because there was a woman with a dog in the kitchen. That's very bad, and it looks terrible that they do that because hygiene in food preparation is very important, so they shouldn't have a dog in the kitchen.

First time at this NEW and tiny Panera. I ordered the (melt in your mouth) Four Cheese Soufflé and a Pecan Braid pastry. This place has no room for seating but plenty of room (in my stomach) for their fresh and delicious food!

A great addition to the Crystal City area for a quick grab-n-go meal. I’ve placed a few online orders so far and each time the food was hot and fulfilled accurately. Be forewarned though, this really is a grab-n-go type of spot and not like other Panera locations that have a cafe type of a vibe. It’s quite small with NO tables, chairs, or work spaces. Just the ordering counter, self-ordering kiosks, and a pick up shelf for mobile orders. There are some outdoor bench-type seating provided by the building (not Panera).
Ordered food using the Panera app on two different days both food orders were accurate and ready when I arrived.
I only eat vegan, the app makes it easy to identify allergens per food item. I had a Greek salad without feta cheese, a Mediterranean sandwich without feta cheese and changed bread from tomato basil (not vegan) to sourdough. I also had the black bean soup. You can order full portions or half portions of their salads and sandwiches. Both the Greek salad and Mediterranean sandwich were delicious.
