I ordered my pizza at 8:25pm and was told that it was going to be 38 minutes. I called back at 9:25pm and was told that the driver was at the gate. I get a phone call from the driver asking me if I lived in a house or in an apartment- that was at 9:37pm. I called the restaurant again at 9:42pm and cancelled my pizza. No apologies, no let us give you the pizza complimentary for your trouble - nothing. Stay away from this place, or you will be waiting for your pizza forever. Horrible customer service!! Not happy.

I enjoy the pizza here. Really fast service, I've been able to order a pizza and get it cooked within 6 minutes. Prices can be cheap if you look for coupons online. Service is alright but nothing extraordinary or special.

Ordered online, said about 25-35 minutes. I was a little understanding when it was taking longer than that. It's a Friday night. I get it. But it took over an hour to get here. Was on hold for almost 20 minutes and still no one picked up. Just for my pizza to arrive cold. Disappointed and never getting pizza from here again.

I hate leaving poor reviews but I’ve never had this poor of service. Delivery for one pizza and wings took 2 hours and the both were cold! A whole other hour than projected. When I called to check the status, the girl I spoke to was polite, said she would check where the driver was, and then just hung up. So disappointed!!

I usually hate to write bad reviews and it takes a lot for me to do so, but this is a situation where I feel like it needs to be addressed. I've worked at a restaurant below and I know how tough it can be at times, but treating the customer with respect is all it takes sometimes to solve an issue. I called to order ONE Large pizza at 10:27 p.m. I was told it'll take 45-50 minutes, rainy night that's understandable. At 11:35 I called to get a status on the pizza, the gentleman who answered the phone said that he only had one driver and that the pizza is leaving the store, while I was still asking questions, he hung up the phone in my face. Around 12:00 a.m. still no pizza. I called again and the same gentleman answered the phone giving more excuses in a nonchalant attitude. I then asked to cancel the order and he rudely informed me that it was indeed canceled. I understand how frustrating it can get to work in such atmosphere but there aren't any excuses for disrespecting the customers.

When you call the store they highlight in their automated welcome how they were part of the 2013 Hall of Fame and oh how the mighty have fallen.Where to begin here, I placed my order on the Papa John’s website at 5:54 pm, their tracker estimated 44-54 minutes. The “tracker” said it was “on its way” for about 40 minutes. At 7:24 pm I finally called the store to see what was happening. They said they were understaffed and if in 10 minutes it still hadn’t arrived to call them. Shocker it still wasn’t here. In the end, it took the pizza TWO HOURS to get here, a full hour after initially estimated.Now on to the quality, I have always loved Papa John’s thin crust pizza with their garlic sauce, so light, crispy and good...or I should say, was good. Even though their tagline is , “better ingredients, better pizza”, I am not naive enough to think their ingredients are actually of good quality. I usually just ignored it because it tasted good, but the pizza was awful. The crust I used to love so much is now poorly seasoned cardboard. The cheese tasted more fake than usual. Everything was a bust. And I don’t know what square cut means, but I selected it to find out. Based on what we got, they just cut wherever they wanted with no real plan and slices being varying sizes. Not the end of the world, but why offer this as an option?The extreme tardiness isn’t the first time for Papa John’s and I have given them several second chances, but the poor taste and quality of the pizza is the final straw for me. We had a good run, but it’s time to go our separate ways.

Placed an online order this evening with an anticipated delivery time of 30 minutes. After an hour I called for an update and was told they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to make my pizza. While life happens, I get that, I shouldn't have had to wait an hour and then reach out to them only to find out they would not be able to fulfill my order.

Ordered my pizza over 3 hours ago and have never received it. I tried calling multiple times and they never answered. I never received a call saying my order would be canceled or late nothing. Their service is subpar at best.

Order food 2 hrs before closing and they close and don't deliver my order. Honestly pretty angry now cause I paid for something and didn't even get what I paid for. I do believe that's theft.

They stop taking orders and answering the phones at 10pm but there site says open till 11pm. Called at 9:45. Waited 10 mins no one picked up. Drove to the store. Told me I had to place the order over the phone. carry out stops at 10pm. Horrible customer service. Shouldn’t have to beg a place to take my money. Waste of time and energy.
