Thanks to ovechkin and the caps, I’ve been getting a lot of half off pizzas this season and this location makes the BEST papa pizzas around. I actually drove past two other papa stores to go to this one because their ingredients and toppings just taste better. Friendly staff inside as well. They clearly take pride in their work.. bravo!

I once bought wings and they gave me some sort of spicy garlic knots. When I came home I noticed the mistake and called them back. They told me to bring them back to the store. When I went back they took the spicy knots back (God forbids they gave them to someone else) and told me to write an email and wait for their response. I don’t think this is a corporate store because the email was not from Papa Johns. Two years later I am still waiting for my refund. Poor customer service. I have never gone back to this store. I prefer to drive to Wilson Boulevard to buy anything from them or not buy anything at all. They will never see me again. There are other many options to choose from. No need for the aggravation and to be lied to.

23 minutes from online order to delivery on a Sunday night?! My order was correct. My order was hot. My delivery person was friendly. Quite frankly I was worried it wouldn't be fully cooked as fast as it got sent out, but it is delicious and fresh out of the oven hot.

I had a code for a free papadia (as a result of completing a survey). Ordered online, went to pick it up and the manager was useless and rude. He insisted I ordered from the wrong location but I verified the address from the order confirmation email. He had the opportunity to correct the situation by making my order (I wouldn't have minded waiting) but refused to despite me showing him the confirmation email on my phone. I understand glitches happen but that's the point of management, to fix the error and serve the customers.

truly awful. it's been 40 minutes since they marked it out for delivery and I live within a mile. I ordered at 6 PM on a Friday, if you can't handle my order of one (1) pizza at that time just shut down for the day man. I've worked in restaurants and you should definitely have the ability to dispatch a Doordash driver for an order you can't handle with your own drivers.guess I'm just not eating Papa Johns while I live near this store.

We ordered garden fresh veggie pizza to take out. The pizza was unfresh and slightly burned. It seemed they gave the one that was not prepared the same day. Had a severe diarrhea.
