Consistent issues with delivery but they are close so I gave them a few chances. This time I’m done. Never again. They mark their orders as delivered when they are still at the store. You have to call multiple times and let it ring for 10 times to get someone to answer the phone. They are rude when they answer. Food finally arrived 30 mins after marked delivered and it was cold and half cooked. I threw it out. Papa John’s is not great pizza but it’s fast and convenient and with the right special cheap but now it’s none of the above. Do not order from this store. Be suspicious of the 5 star reviews if you scroll down it’s mostly 1 star reviews.

They made wait a HOUR for delivery for just a pizza and some extra ranch. When the delivery man arrived he gave me attitude about me handing him a 50 for a $32 meal. I was already hungry after waiting a long time for my meal and the service only soured my mood. This has been a reoccurring issue at this place I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Order was late. Delivered 10 minutes after tracker reported delivered and the driver texted to say he was on the way and apologized for “confusion” The manager said it was normal delivery and fresh out of the oven. However, it was cold. I should have just picked up as I live less than 10mins drive from the location.

I have never eaten at this restaurant before, but they put two sets of menus on the front step of every house in my neighborhood. To what should be a shock to nobody, there is now papa John’s menus scattered all over the streets of my neighborhood, which USED to be clean! The worst part about this, is that these menus didn’t even have coupons! What’s even the point of providing physical menus in 2024 if they don’t even have coupons? I will respectfully change this review to a 5 star review if Papa John’s sends me a free large supreme pizza. 4 stars for a classic cheese. 3 for a papa-dilla. 2 for an order of breadsticks. Your move, Glebe Road Papa John’s!

They continue to be very stingy on the toppings. I purchased 2 pizzas and they were both that way. I should have called the manager BEFORE ordering to make sure they made my pizza correctly but I forgot. As much money as the pizzas cost now, I would expect to see my toppings on every slice.
