I stopped by this store because of an outage on the metro rail. I decided to turn around and go back home, but I decided to come here first to get a coffee to hold me over until I got home. I've never been to a Peet's store before, but I've loved their coffee for a long time now.The coffee I got was great, zero complaints with the cup I received. The barista's were very friendly and the store as a whole was very very well kept. I'll def be trying to visit...
The crew here works EXTREMELY hard to satisfy. They deserve their flowers. It can’t be easy putting up with caffeine-addicts all day. Especially in the early hours of a work day. They aim to please and bend over backwards for you. This location has my heart. Thank you for all you do.

Love Peet’s coffee and this location was convenient with nearby paid parking. They had the specific coffee beans I needed (??) but the customer service was lacking in friendliness (??). Buying a pound of beans and ordering a coffee and food means I interacted with 2 different workers, who both seemed indifferent and didn’t care that I was visiting their store, with no friendly interaction at all. Peet’s needs to train their staff in being more friendly with customers.
