On the corner of a bustling neighborhood and close to a dog park. Lots of nearby shops to explore. Outdoor seating was a plus.

EMPLOYEE STOLE FROM CUSTOMER! First time going here, got a medium Frappe with an extra shot, total was $7.98. First of all it was not that good, it was to expensive and to top it all off the charge on my credit card was for $9.48. The employee, without my permission had added $1.50 tip to my total somehow. When I scanned my payment on the keypad it said $7.98, I scanned and walked away, it must have asked if I wanted to tip after scanning so the employee decided for me. Absolutley wrong and should be investigated by the manager. I made a claim with AMEX about it and they just gave me the money back. Visit was 4/17/25 at approximately 2:46 PM. Good luck to the management finding the employee who steals from your customers. SAD!

Great coffee and friendly service, but the wait times can be frustrating. There’s often a line to order even when plenty of tables are available. I also tried ordering online, but the checkout summary didn’t show the milk option I selected, which made me unsure if my order was right.

Both staff behind the counter were very rude, even to my 11 year old daughter. Part of our order was forgotten. Once received, food and coffee were subpar. Money NOT well spent.

Peet's is the one chain that can make Cortado correctly and that's my usual order.
This location is just like any other Peet's. Friendly staff, yummy beverages. Their Pastry isn't made in house but they're well sourced.. I especially like the almond croissant warmed up.
If you're stopping by to pick up from this location, parking can be an issue.

Went in before the Signature theater, flaky croissants cinnamon bun was great, mint melange tea was fantastic, the spark i needed before the show. Ladies working all very polite, cheerful and very knowledgeable about products available. Will come here next pre-show snack

First time here. Reminds me of another Starbucks (🤷🏽♀️). Smells like a coffee place, and it smelled pretty delicious. Service was great, location was great as there are other restaurants and bakery places in the shopping center or shall I say Restaurant Center. ***Update*** Tried both the morning glory muffin and the blueberry muffin. They both didn't have a good taste, especially the blueberry muffin. It had a weird taste to it. So I just ate the outer part of the muffin. The morning glory muffin smelled delicious, but not to my liking. Won't be going back.

12.30.23 Great place to have some coffee. The people behind the counter were very professional and working. They were deep cleaning, which was nice to see . The coffee is good.

Servers very friendly. Limited seating room, all were taken. and it looked like some were camped out for the whole day, using free wifi,. Two people who had finished their coffee and were just chatting gave us their seats, coffee and cappuccino were both good, and pastries - cinnamon bun and almond croissant were good, but not special. Other than small seating, atmosphere was very good.

Best big chain coffee - love the holiday spice. They also have fresh baguettes baked goods so even that is on point. Their small latte is 2 shots, medium also 2, and large 3. So just note what you're paying for and what the ratio will be. Also I there is limited seating inside so not the safest place to schedule a quick meeting mid day, as many people sit there on laptops.
