The line for this store is not set up correctly and the employees don’t care if people cut in front of you. There needs to be stanchions set up because as a customer it was frustrating. The counter at the front looked messy and disorganized & could be used for pick up orders but instead they have it in the back which adds to the line issue. The coffee shop is narrowly designed and needs to be constructed better. Also the staff seemed to be annoyed when they got my order wrong. I won’t be back but hopefully they can get the store better organized. The coffee itself was good.

On the corner of a bustling neighborhood and close to a dog park. Lots of nearby shops to explore. Outdoor seating was a plus.

EMPLOYEE STOLE FROM CUSTOMER! First time going here, got a medium Frappe with an extra shot, total was $7.98. First of all it was not that good, it was to expensive and to top it all off the charge on my credit card was for $9.48. The employee, without my permission had added $1.50 tip to my total somehow. When I scanned my payment on the keypad it said $7.98, I scanned and walked away, it must have asked if I wanted to tip after scanning so the employee decided for me. Absolutley wrong and should be investigated by the manager. I made a claim with AMEX about it and they just gave me the money back. Visit was 4/17/25 at approximately 2:46 PM. Good luck to the management finding the employee who steals from your customers. SAD!

Great coffee and friendly service, but the wait times can be frustrating. There’s often a line to order even when plenty of tables are available. I also tried ordering online, but the checkout summary didn’t show the milk option I selected, which made me unsure if my order was right.
Both staff behind the counter were very rude, even to my 11 year old daughter. Part of our order was forgotten. Once received, food and coffee were subpar. Money NOT well spent.

I just stopped in for a coffee, and it was smooth and easy. The batista was quick and efficient. Coffee was good as well!

Peet's is the one chain that can make Cortado correctly and that's my usual order.
This location is just like any other Peet's. Friendly staff, yummy beverages. Their Pastry isn't made in house but they're well sourced.. I especially like the almond croissant warmed up.
If you're stopping by to pick up from this location, parking can be an issue.

Went in before the Signature theater, flaky croissants cinnamon bun was great, mint melange tea was fantastic, the spark i needed before the show. Ladies working all very polite, cheerful and very knowledgeable about products available. Will come here next pre-show snack
