Peet’s is the best. It’s not acidic like Starbucks. Their specialty drinks have a great combination of flavor without being too sweet. Honestly not sure why there are not more Peets coffees around in every state.
Had a quick snack here during layover at DCA. Code was good but danish was terrible. Old and dry. Should not be selling old pastries. I also question this trend now of asking for tips for selling food at the counter. Isn’t that supposed to be your job?
Some of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, honestly. This location is very busy on weekdays mornings and it's amazing how quickly they move the line. This past week there were about 25 people in front of me and I had my cappuccino and breakfast sandwich in hand in less than 5 minutes. (I've waited 30 minutes for the same at the DCA Starbucks.) The staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. I look forward to stopping here, makes my early morning flights a little...
