The food is great! If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine this is the place to go. The restaurant itself has a relaxing atmosphere. The lady owning the place is extremely nice, she even gave us a tour of the kitchen since it wasn’t busy. I can’t praise it enough.

Had a great evening with a large party. The service and food were impeccable. Will be back very soon! Delicious food and you are served quickly. Don’t skip the iced coffee.Dietary restrictions: We had a lot of dietary restrictions and they were all accommodated. Easy to eat vegan, gluten free and super healthy versions.

Cold rainy day and I was craving nothing more than a bowl of hot spicy noodles. I saw an instagram post about this place and was pleased to find out it was only about 10 mins away from my job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Perhaps because it was pouring rain outside, there was no one there and my food was prepared incredibly fast. I ordered the Bun Bo hue and it was absolutely IMMACULATE. There’s just something spectacular about the blend of seasoning/spices and lemon grass broth. I could literally eat this everyday for the rest of my life. SO GOOD!

We visiting DC for a week and searched for a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner; and this Pho Saigo Pearl came across so we decided to try it out!We ordered phở bò viên and bún bò Huế! Both were delious and beyond our expectations when compared to other places! The meatballs were fresh and perfectly cooked; the soup bases were tasty and served well with fresh basil and other veggies! We emptied the bowls and very pleased with everything! The server was polite and the owner was very friendly, we felt like we were friends for some time!?We will come back to try other dishes for sure! Thank you for making us felt comfortable and welcome to DC! ?

I stumbled upon this place out of convenience and have brought everyone I know here since. Parking is really easy because you can park in the Harris teeter parking garage. The place is very nice on the inside, lighting is great, decore is cool, a pretty small cute place. The waitress was attentive and kind when we had questions or needed some more extra stuff like chili oil. The pho here is the best I’ve had and my friends agree that’s its top tier (they are pho snobs). The broth by itself is flavorful and they don’t skimp on portions. The beef was great and there were so many noodles that were cooked nicely in the pho. I’ve been to about 5 didn’t pho places in the area and this is the best one to me. Now, I got the wings for jokes but was shocked about how good they were. Juicy, crisp, and flavorful. I recommend and bring all my friends here and they echo all the same sentiments. My friend and I decided to try their pho and I kid you not, the food was great! The quality and the quantity was better than expected. Usually restaurant hesitate in adding more meat to your Pho but these folks had it down to the tea with their ratio of noodles to meat. I would 100%
