The food at Pink Saffron was amazing! The chaat was so flavorful and fresh — loved the mix of chutneys, yogurt, and those crunchy toppings with pomegranate. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. The staff was super nice too. Definitely coming back soon!

I ordered take out. The biryani was delicious. The only note I have is a preference - the flavor was great, but I would order it spicy next time! It was served with a side of raita, which unfortunately wasn't to my taste. I prefer my raita on the savory side and this version was pretty sweet. If you prefer a savory raita, you might want to ask if they can adjust it. I’m glad there’s finally an Indian restaurant in Pentagon City! Looking forward to trying their other dishes.
