The obligation to order from self serve kiosks completely removes the fun and point of ordering from places like these.
My order was not made the way I wanted - which, to be clear, the staff realized immediately and offered to correct, so this is NOT on them. But I’m not in the business of wasting food so I declined.
This one star is for this dumb model that’s clearly designed to save the corporate behemoth that is &pizza a few bucks in labor costs. Will not patronize this franchise again.

Service has really gone down. They gave me the wrong pizza for pick up and when I try to call I get an ai voicemail. Just know that if you are given the wrong order for pick up there’s absolutely no way to contact the store without driving all the way back

Love the pizza, but won't dine in ever again. Customer service through these stupid kiosks. Music is so frickin' loud you can't talk to anyone at your table, and the hard walls and floors just make it worse. Recommend phone your order, pick it up, and leave immediately.

I used to come here 3–5 times a week, but over time, this place has gone completely downhill. The quality of the food has dropped significantly, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly couldn’t care less about the customers.
They’ve increased prices, which would be fine if they had maintained the quality — but they haven’t. On top of that, they force everyone to order through a self-service kiosk, and they refuse to serve anyone who tries to order at the counter. It's frustrating, impersonal, and honestly just bad customer service.
Last time I went, I used the kiosk like they insisted, and the person preparing my order completely missed part of it. No apology. No fix. Just more of the same careless attitude.
This place has become a shadow of what it used to be. Sad to say I won’t be coming back anymore — and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they enjoy being ignored and overcharged for mediocre food.

The quality of food has slipped dramatically from their early days. I moved away for a couple of years and was excited to return to &Pizza for a vegan build your own. Not sure of what happened but the pizza (I have tried three times) is dry and packed the flavor from the past. I am giving up for now.

I work in the restaurant industry, and there's an unwritten rule that we do no harm to others in the industry. My delivery vehicle was parked at &Pizza, at the very end of the lot, and I was delivering food products to the restaurant next door. &Pizza had my car towed. I was not obstructing traffic in any way. My caution lights were active, my hand truck was clearly positioned next to the vehicle, and my hatchback was open. I had to pay $185 because of the unnecessary, harmful actions taken by the management of this &Pizza.

Staff member picked cheese she dropped onto an unclean counter surface up and put it onto my pizza and then lashed out aggressively at me when I politely asked for the chunk of mozzarella to be removed/replaced. I literally had to try to de-escalate a conflict over getting a conveyor belt cooked pizza in 2024. Truly wild.
