I rarely leave reviews, but this visit to &pizza was so awful it deserves to be called out.
While visiting Arlington, I stopped in at &pizza. First, the food was terrible. The pizza was soggy, flavorless, and thrown together like no one cared. The toppings were uneven, the crust was limp, and it honestly tasted like it had been sitting out. For a place that markets “custom pizza,” the quality was embarrassing.
The service was even worse. The staff looked annoyed to be there, acted like customers were an inconvenience, and moved at a painfully slow pace. No greeting, no effort, zero hospitality. When I asked a simple question about the menu, I got an eye roll and a rude response. Completely unprofessional.
To make things even more infuriating, my car was towed while I was inside, and there were no clear signs about parking. When I told the staff, they showed no empathy and offered no help at all - just shrugged and basically said “not our problem.”
Between the disgusting food, awful service, and getting towed, this was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place.

Parked in a spot for Trek bicycles thinking I was totally fine but not even 10 min to get my food and my car was towed. No signage that I could see saying I would be towed for that. Absolute scam business, never eating at this location again.

The &pizza manager tells A-1 towing if certain cars are customers or not resulting in many cars being towed. The parking spots are marked some people don’t notice and come back looking for their cars. It’s 200 bucks to get your car back and they drive by every 20-30 minutes looking for the next victim. A1 towing also will damage your car. If &pizza ignored the tow truck driver they wouldn’t be able to tow cars but instead they help him. STOP going HERE till they fix the towing issue. Wouldn’t be surprised if the manager is taking money under the table in exchange for each car.

Ate here on [9/18]. Food was greasy/stale and had me running to the restroom. While I was in the restroom, my car was towed from their lot. Staff on duty told me the manager regularly calls the tow truck and gets a cut (~40% of the $135 fee). If that’s accurate, it’s predatory and looks like a kickback scheme targeting customers. Tow fee: $135. Meal: $[14]. This place managed to make me sick and make me pay to get my own car back while I was still on-site. I’m reporting this to corporate/HQ and the property owner, and escalating to consumer protection. Until they fix the food and stop the towing games, spend your money elsewhere.

Honestly, l've had better pizza from the frozen aisle at the grocery store. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is definitely not worth the price. Find a local place and support them instead!

This is a soulless place. You walk in to no greeting and place your order on a germ-riddled touch screen while the employees watch you with a blank stare. You sit down at a table that isn't wiped off and wait for your food. Once they shout your name you retrieve your subpar pizza and sit back down at your dirty table. Enjoy the lovely sights and sounds of a manager berating an uber eats driver, and a dead cockroach smashed on the floor by the door. As you manage to choke down this mediocre concoction of sauce and cheese, you feel disgusted for allowing yourself to pay for such an experience. The place was practically empty the entire time and rightfully so. I guess most of the locals have figured out that this place is a complete waste of time and money. Hopefully you won't make the same mistake I did. Never again.

Not one, but TWO roaches seen during our visit. The staff seemed to be unbothered by them so I’m sure they’re used to seeing them around. Just a gross place. Do yourself a favor and find a real pizza place. &gross
