Ordered delivery. Driver was hard to communicate with. Order was missing a pizza. Driver was short and rude. Said to call store. Tried to call the store. Got a automated machine telling me to leave a message and they would return my call tomorrow.Going to store to address the issue.Totally unacceptable!

Quick little casual pizza spot offering flatbread style pizzas for a pretty decent price. Plenty of options when it comes to toppings and the service was quick when I went.Parking: Parking is odd because most of the lot is reserved for Gold's gym

This &pizza use to be our favorite pizza place, but it is getting worse day by day. The food quality is getting poorer. Last time I ordered here, my pizza had a pound of olive on it and lacked other toppings in my order.Another time when I was picking up an employee was cursing at a customer and all orders were very late including mine.
I like this location the best but the night crew makes much better pizzas than the day crew. GO AT NIGHT!! !!!

Someone picked my order twice for two days in a row from the same location in Ballston. I wasted 40 mins in each day which ruined both days.Guess what shocked me on 2nd day!!The order actually has been there waiting for me but the lady there just didn’t see or didn’t even try to see it!!!!! Then I was told “oooops someone picked up your order, please go to line and make another order” !!!!! Just like that!!!!!If it’s not my wife who asked me to order from them I would never ever do it again. This is my last time ordering from them anyway.They need to be professional or at least to teach their employees how to respect costumers.

5 stars all the way around. I ate there till I literally got sick of it. But they served me well in my binge. And everyone I have taken there has absolutely fallen in love with the food. I absolutely love the ginger lemonade. Wish I could bathe in it.Vegetarian options: I am a vegiterian and have crafted many different delicious pizzas there. Was sad when they took the vegiterian chicken and pickled onions away though. And it's probably the only place in balliston with plenty of parkingParking: Has its own spacious parking lot shared with a couple other businesses but I've never had an issue parking.

I found out tonight I have a special invisibility cloak. The pizza looked good, it smelled good in there. Wish I tasted it, I was super hungry too. So rating only on customer service. I went there, and ordered, stood there for 30 minutes and the two workers completely ignored me, others came and ordered they served them. When I asked they said oh sorry we will make you another one… didn’t trust they would, they weren’t mean about it, they just pretended I wasn’t around. Oh well- I had domino’s instead.
