This is my first time at a Pizza Hut ever. Every item of food I purchased off the menu was terrible. I’m disappointed. The wings smell like raw chicken and is undercooked, the pasta sauce is watery and the oil from the pizza squares could clog your arteries.

I recently placed an order for delivery and it was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived frozen cold, as if it had been taken straight from the freezer. It was barely lukewarm and the cheese was congealed. This is absolutely unacceptable for a delivery service. To add insult to injury, the breadsticks were rock hard, practically inedible. They were so hard I genuinely feared for my teeth. It's clear that little to no care was taken in preparing or delivering this food. The entire meal was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I would strongly advise against ordering from this establishment. The quality was shockingly poor, and I certainly won't be a returning customer.

This pizza hut makes great pizzas and delivery was so quick and accurate, but the breadsticks at this location have actually almost no seasoning and are a little overcooked every time! Breadsticks are my favorite part of pizza hut, and this problem may lead to me going to a different location, but it's otherwise a great location and the staff is friendly, so I hope they fix this!

Service was absolutely terrible. Idividual at the counter today 12/21 @ 1930 was extremely rude. Also, I ordered extra pepperoni and extra sausage and I definitely did not get that accommodated because my pizza is really short on topping. Ridiculous

I called for pickup . And came to the store and store manager Asif said me we didn’t take any order . I took a number from google and asked the location while I order. So they said that number is not our number and i called one more time in front of them and the phone started to ring and the store manager Asif or some indian guy was so rude and so stupid
Why can’t I get a good pizza from Arlington PizzaHut? Falls Church is fine, but Arl…yuck. The “pan” pizza isnt pan and was cold and dough was not cooked again

I literally just got off of the phone with an employee at this location, after ordering via GrubHub. When my food arrived, there was no safety stickers, keeping the box closed. The box was also partially open. There was no bag or receipt, the driver just handed me a partially open box. I also paid for ranch dipping sauce which I never received as pictured. I called and asked about Customer service policy and was instructed to call back and press the number three on the phone I did that and the phone rang again and I was redirected to voicemail over and over again! Never again!!! This is a photo the driver took when she was handing me the box outside and my own two photos I took upon entering my residence.

During inspection observed that the dishmachine was not able to dispense sanitizer (machine not in use at time of inspection). Corrective Actions: The dishmachine must operating according to manufacturer specifications, and must be able to dispense chlorine sanitizer at levels between 50-200ppm. Do not use the dishmachine until the dishmachine has been repaired or adjusted. Observed that the walls in the dishmachine area, near 3 compartment sink, and mop sink appear to have buildup of mildew.Corrective Actions: Thoroughly clean walls to ensure clean warewashing and cleaning areas

Typically, the service is satisfactory, but the driver who delivered my pizza recently complained that my address was incorrect. However, my address was correct, as previous drivers have had no trouble finding my apartment. I found his demeanor appalling and not customer service-friendly. I found it especially disheartening since it was my birthday.
