Lady at the counter was rude. I ordered and tried giving her the voucher and SHE SNATCHED THE WRONG ONE (DESSERT VOUCHER) and it fell in the sink. She kept saying “FOR ME! FOR ME!” And I was so confused like I’m literally giving it to you… so anyways I just walked up in line. My friend behind me asked to not add a topping. The lady got mad at her and said “NO! Too many people! Too many people!” By the way there was only about 3 people in line… it only took them about 2 seconds to make.. Anyways the food was so mid it was literally a sour salad with some stuff on top of it

I had the #4 and my wife had one of the Poke bowls. My Spicey Kimchi Ramen was absolutely delicious. Incredibly good. Neither my wife or I had a poke bowl before and good gods! It was amazing! If we're ever in the area again we will 100% be back.
We had to eat in the food court area but that was okay, I was transported the entire time. Even when I finished my wife's Poke bowl when she couldn't eat anymore.

Stopped with the family on a trip through the area and one of the three bowls we ordered had a fly in it. When brought back the staff insisted it had to have fallen in the food after receipt - given we were eating mere feet from the location and the fly was under layers of rice they’re obviously mistaken. Too bad as Poke is usually a great choice, but the insistence it was a random “dropping” really gave a terrible impression of their ethics. Incidents happen, it’s how a business reacts to it that tells you what you need to know.

New owners are very stingy on proteins. Only got 3-4 small pieces of fish. You're paying $15 for a bowl of rice.
The food is good, however the person working there thinks that he/she can judge the customers based on the tip left and treat them "accordingly" next time.
Just because I haven't left anything in tips the first time, the second time I was not given neither a bag nor plastic utensils to take with me.
Tipping is optional and has always been. They literally ask for the tips by making you sign your check. Ridiculous. It's 2024 and you don't need to sign anything anymore.

I have been eating at this place for years. I honestly crave poke sometimes and this is the best poke place in the area. The food is always so delicious and feels like the healthiest option in the food court. They have good variety. The reason why I gave 4/5 to service is because it is sometimes difficult to communicate with the employee. He still does the job just fine. Atmosphere could be better but overall still one of my favorite places to eat!
