Excellent customer service, recently had the pleasure of visiting Popeyes, and I was impressed by the exceptional service and quality of food. As a loyal customer, I've had mixed experiences with this chain in the past, but my latest visit exceeded my expectations.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The manager greeted me promptly and took my order, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Notably, I was asked if I wanted to scan my rewards, which was a nice touch.

The efficiency of the staff was impressive, with my order being taken correctly and my food being ready promptly. The staff repeated my order to ensure accuracy, and another staff member packed my order and provided a detailed rundown of the contents. I was particularly impressed by the offer of ketchup, hot sauce, jam, and dipping sauce for my wings.

Given the cleanliness and overall ambiance, I decided to dine in. My food was fresh and flavorful, and I appreciated the inclusion of napkins and a fork in my bag. The teamwork among the staff was evident, even during a busy hour, and I observed customers receiving their orders promptly.

I am taking the time to write this review to commend the staff on their exceptional service. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. I hope that this level of service becomes the standard for the chain.

In conclusion, I saw new faces therefore I think it’s new staff, would like to express my gratitude for providing an exceptional dining experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and teamwork is truly appreciated, and I look forward to my next visit

The food tasted amazing the service was outstanding and overall just a great experience I got the tenders fries and a drink the tenders were juicy and crispy and the fries were fresh I will definitely be coming back here !

Made a doordash order from here and got the wrong order called the store several times and was hung up

Absolutely nothing like it used to be Popeyes used to have really good chicken in the bucket now what I think they just prioritize wings and they’re not even that good. The taste is not great at all and the quality has dipped. The serving size has tumbled the price has skyrocketed.

Closing 1 AM is a scam, I made it at 12:53 AM but the door was already locked. They shouldn’t put a sign outside that they close at 1

Can someone please explain why the sweet tea tasted like pickles?!?!

Response to response from Popeye's: This is the restaurant located at 4241 N Pershing Dr, Arlington VA.

It was an Uber eats delivery order, but at this particular location the tea is self serve (they give you the cups and the large carafe is off to the side).

We ordered 3 teas and all of them tasted like pickles.

This is not the first time there's been an issue with the tea at this location. Once, they had used salt instead of sugar. :/

Poppers is one of my favourite chicken place. And this store is The worst popeyes that I have been to. I,as a customer go to this store to spend my money. I don’t got there for free. So I am spending money and I want my money worth.
Bad service, bad food.

I like coming to this store. Once you enter the store they attend you very quick. Sometimes i don’t know what to order and the employees helped me , they explain the menu to me. I recommend this place a lot.

this place is amazing i love the food and the employees help me very quick once i started ordering i didn’t know what to order and the employees helped me and recommend me food . this store is very good looking there’s no mess no spills around and it smells and looks clean . my food was ready in time and it was amazing and fresh it was nice and crispy . hurry up and order you’re missing out !

This popeyes is my go to favorite place to go. i got my food very quick and fresh. The employees were very friendly and helpful and helped me through out my order. the store was very clean and in great condition i would definitely come back soon. i definitely recommend this place.
