When I went to pick up my online order, it took me an additional hour and thirty minutes to wait inside. The slender, black Spanish woman took my order slip and placed it on the table. Then, she became distracted and forgot about it. My two children and I were waiting for a long hour, and after that, she forgot what I was asking and said, "What is your order?" I have never seen such poor administration and service in my life. I'm terribly unhappy in the delay in service. Never go back there again

The worst Popeyes ever, very oily and old chicken! The staff refused to give me 2 sauces without paying for the second one which is the first time to happen for me in any Popeyes!!! So cheap!!! Last time for me here for sure!

I've eaten at this Popeyes enough times to know that they are skimping on the product. Know how I know? The recipe tastes bland compared to other Popeyes. Just ate some strips and as my stomach bubbles, I've decided never to go there again.

The petite little Hispanic kid who works there should be encouraged to use his brain a little bit. I spent $80 on large orders and the bag ripped. I asked for two additional bags to carry all of this food and he wanted to charge me for the bags.

BRING BACK CAJUN RICE!!!!I love Popeyes, and if you are strategic enough to plan ahead, it’s easy to understand when to go when the fried chicken is freshly fried, you'll love this location. Popeyes is one of the best fried chicken chains out there... if only they would bring back their Cajun rice (aka: dirty rice). Ask for fresh biscuits.I know the sandwiches are popular – crazy in 2019, and they are good, but spicy hot thigh can’t be beat. Service is a hot mess, and the floors are super greasy. Order via the app, but you'll still have to fight to get to the front counter...they turn over staff frequently, and are always understaffed, but they do their best, and most of the time the food is great for what it is.Vegetables are definitely lacking, but I get a company's decision to not waste vegetables when the majority of the customer base probably doesn't eat them. They used to have green beans, but now coleslaw is the only vegetable option.Best luck I’ve had with hot chicken is to avoid common times where people eat, and instead go a little earlier. So 11:30 for lunch, and dinner at 5-530 pm or the last push at 7:30pm or 8:30pm

Great food, but be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes after placing your order to receive your food. If you use the app, pick a time 10 minutes before your actual pickup or else you will be waiting.
