I had to wait about 20 minutes for my food, even though I ordered pickup 10 minutes before arriving. They didn’t even throw in an extra chicken tender or anything for my long wait… Tenders and biscuit were good, fries were overcooked. Staff was friendly

The food can sometimes rarely be old and dry. This happens from time to time but often the food is really good. The place is pretty clean. Service is amazing and the manager is always accommodating.

this place is the worse
Slow service. They charge you for a courtesy cup for water. I waited for my food for a long time and you can't even get condiments here.

I was kind of amazed to realize that the standard chicken sandwich was 40% more here than other locations in the area ($6.99 vs $4.99). If you have the option, go to a different location. (Only this location and one around the corner on rt 7 have the jacked prices so I suspect same franchise owner).

This place is always dirty! Bathrooms are so bad they are unusable. Also you have to pay for any sauce not just extra sauce any sauce at all!

I dine at Popeyes chicken and that was my dinner.I ask for a cup for water and the cashier who is a man said that it would be a $0.50 cent charge.Asking for a courtesy cup with a $0.50 charge I don't think it's Fair.
