This is a nice shop. Quick and friendly service. I often get the breakfast sandwich and it is amazing!! Cute indoor decor with the flowers all over. I only wish they sold espresso-based coffee drinks again! This place is so much better than Life Alive next door.

Poppyseed Rye is a clean and cozy spot with a cool coffee shop vibe. The coffee is smooth, pastries are fresh, and the sandwiches are legit. I liked the avocado toast and cold brew the most. Service is friendly and the place has a relaxed feel—good for working or just hanging out. Prices are fair for the quality. Solid spot to start your morning or grab a light lunch. I’d come back.

Numerous variety of sandwich here. Everything is beast in its own style. I tried veggy sandwich which is best.

Lovely sandwich spot serving up a variety of fresh, made to order breakfast and lunch items. Reasonably priced. $3 Mimosas on weekends is a plus for any adult 🥴

Nicedecor and they have a flower shop inside which adds to the vibrant interior, yet soft.

The chicken banh mi was dry and didn't have much flovor. Conversely, I liked the tofu banh mi.

They only have one vegan option, but it’s very good. The tofu is juicy and herby - guessing they marinated it. The sauce and vegetables are great. Bread really isn’t appropriate for a “banh mi” but still tastes good. Wish it were a little cheaper ($13 with tax) but that’s Arlington I guess.

Karina came in on her day off to build a bouquet and then personally deliver them for our flower emergency. Huge thank you! Would recommend.

Really tasty sandwich. Generous tofu portions made it very filling & good value for the price

So happy to have found this spot! Stopped by for a cup of coffee and a place to answer emails for a few hours and was greeted by their very kind staff and beautiful in-store decor. The coffee was great and the environment was relaxing. I’ll be coming back for lunch soon, highly recommend!

I walked into this coffee shop with high hopes. Maybe, just maybe, I’d be greeted by the rich aroma of freshly ground beans, the sound of a proper espresso machine hissing away like an angry snake, and a barista who looks like they’ve dedicated their life to the pursuit of the perfect crema.

What I got was... fine.

The cheese sandwich was acceptable. Smell of the place was off. But for the price? I was expecting something that would make me reconsider my entire approach to mornings. Something that would make Italian grandmothers weep with joy. Instead, I got something that was just. There. Like a Toyota Corolla. It does the job, but it won’t make your heart race.

The atmosphere? Also fine. Nothing offensive, but nothing to make you sit back and think, Ah yes, this is why I wake up in the morning. It’s the kind of place you go when you need a coffee, not when you want one.

The Bacon Cinnaroll Sandwich was amazing! I have also tried the cheese steak which was also incredible! The cinnamon roll had a nice sweetness which balanced out with the acidity of the pickled onions and the saltiness of the bacon. I'm shocked by how good it was.
