Went here during a Sunday early afternoon. The bartender, Cookie, makes excellent drinks and has a great personality! The rosemary french fries were perfectly yummy and crispy. I threw some money at the arcade and had a great time. :)

Wow, so much fun from the atmosphere, the decor, music, and the food drinks. Our waitress was very pretty and professional. I ordered a tiki punch bowl drink, and it was fantastic. The DJ did a great job keeping the vibe up. Bowling was so much fun.It is a bit pricey, so if you are on a budget, just beware.

This was the first experience I've ever had where the service was so bad I actually left the restaurant.After our server showed us to a table and poured water, he completely abandoned us. We counted 25 minutes without any sort of service before deciding to try somewhere different in Ballston Quarter. Without a doubt, leaving was the best decision of the night.

We attended a retirement party at Punch Bowl in the semiprivate space. Amazing service from Grace throughout the event! Apps were tasty and the drinks on point. Thanks to the staff for making this a great experience.

Came to this place Friday night. Most of games didn’t work or had to be tended to before played. Had a kale salad, pickled onions and cheese and now I have food poisoning and I didn’t go anywhere else. Bartender was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.
Slow as molasses service at the bar with multiple staff members just standing around behind the bar and not assisting customers. Cocktails were generally good, but were so slowly made that I switched to beer. Snacks/apps were good.Well decorated & would be a nice place to hang out but for the slow service & punishingly loud bass beat (from music being played for the private party upstairs?), which made conversation difficult at times.I've enjoyed prior visits more with all the games upstairs—andndid not previously find the round upstairs bar slow—but only the first floor bar was open on this visit due to a private party reserving two upper floors.

Our server Grace was awesome. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and provided great recommendations. She was also very personable and great conversation. The good and vibe was cool on a Tuesday night. They offer a cool environment to socialize with friends and colleagues. Would definitely come back again.
