Went in during a non busy hour suppose we came at a bad time. We waited over 40 mins for our food. Host and server did not seem to know about the menu as they were going through a new menu change. The meatballs were great and I recommend them. One of the aranchini were cold so I wasn't sure if they were fresh or not. Our pizzas were a hit or miss. The basil on one came out burnt and the pepperoni pizza was soupy... Flavors were fine. They had a new chef in training by the open ovens who made us uncomfortable as he kept staring at us with/without our food. Music was very loud and when we first sat down they were doing some construction inside. Needless to say the atmosphere wasn't right that day. Perhaps once they settle down and get comfortable with the changes, I'll come again.

Great pizza and amazing service. 3rd time getting their pizza in two weeks because they’re just the best I’ve had in years!

Finally tried the famous Pupatella. I was so excited about trying the pizza that I had already scarfed down half of the pizza after realizing I didn't get a picture. I ordered online on a Friday around 6:30. Order took about 40 minutes. They were extremely busy and they keep a great flow of people. It was very lively inside. The pizza was great. I got the Caivano. The char was perfect. The crust wasn't extremely thin, which I like. This pizza came with tons of meat! No skimping. I will say that my pizza wasn't exactly saucy or super cheesy. Overall, great flavor and I will definitely be back to try more menu items.

I recently moved away from Arlington, but will still make the drive to this Pupatella location just for the eggplant parm panini. Absolutely one of the best pizza spots in Arlington. In addition to the food being stellar, there is also a nice patio behind the restaurant to enjoy when the weather is nice. This place is try a gem!

This place isn't bad, but I've had better pizza elsewhere. Toppings were good, but my pizza was quite burnt at the bottom. Zucchini fries were just okay as well. Service was good, and atmosphere is on the more casual side. The parking here can be tough since the parking lot is very small.

The food is as good as always but the service is subpar. We live close to Pupatella and have always enjoyed it over the years but their recent switch to sit down service indoors has been challenging. Previously we would come in and order at the register then find a table to wait for our food. We never had an issue with getting our order correct. Now you sit down and wait for a server to come bring water and take your order. It can be 10-15 minutes before we place an order and it is always wrong. Food items are missing, modifications are incorrect, and the wait time for our food is astronomical - especially as we go during off times with our child. We ask for her food to come first and it never does. We dont get water refills. The server never comes to check on our table. It took three separate requests for the check and we had to wait 15 minutes from being presented with the check to getting our change. Honestly, we will stick to takeout from now on.

Incredible Neapolitan pizza! The most authentic in the area and consistently good whether dine in or take out.

Very delicious pizzas, I am very similar to those in Italy, I recommend them, the price is good, they just need to offer you Prosseco.

Pizza good? Yes Pizza entirely too expensive? Also yes. Sorry but a personal pizza costing $20+ is outrageous. I can find a bigger pizza for the same price that's equally as good elsewhere. Haven't dined in at any location. Only get takeout.

Saw on YouTube this was place for the best pizza in DC and was not disappointed. Service was great! Got three pies which our server Meeka recommended and they were all amazing. Would totally come back next time we are in town.

How anyone thinks this is some of the best pizza around is beyond me The dough is awful. It is not aged properly, and is too high in moisture. It reads too soft and too sweet. They are not allowing time for the yeast to properly and slowly digest the sugars. and they are adding way too much water for any kind of texture or flavor development I had the white pizza with cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes were put on raw, and therefore made the entire thing a sopping wet sloppy mess A small wet four slice pizza for 18 dollars? I think not ever again. Unfortunately, the kids of Arlington have been weaned on this atrocity of an attempt at pizza, so they will likely flourish in the ignorance
