I have been supporting this place for over 25 years, but it is going downhill. The cashier is always angry at something or the other or at one of his underpaid staff. Which paying customer wants this surly attitude. Even if you are in front of the register, they shamelessly keep on taking the phone orders first! The food was cold last time we were there. Many other better options for the prices they are charging now.

I had a disappointing experience with my family today at a restaurant. The price advertised on their website did not match the price we were charged in the restaurant. When I tried to clarify with the manager, he was dismissive and unhelpful. I believe this kind of false advertising is unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant will take steps to correct it in the future.

I don't even know what to rate this place anymore. Used to go here for some good Karahi, but our last experience will be our last. One word: ROACHES. A roach ran across our table after we had finished eating. The bathrooms are already gross and you can tell they NEVER clean the place. The roach was the last straw.

There are plenty of places to go than here — the men working here are so rude and condescending. The food was okay, but certainly not worth the price or service or their attitude. Especially towards women and elderly, I saw them bully an elderly worker who was bussing and making drinks. Yikes! Last time I went in, I had to walk out because the food didn’t look fresh and the guy refused to provide me with a standard service. Will not return.
They charge more than the online menu price, food is mediocre and service is unsatisfactory, I ordered over the phone and when I got there half my order was unprepared, this place is awkwardly split in 2 and I had to pay at 2 separate registers, to top it off they’re so stingy with their meat they gave me 4 pieces of chicken and lamb kabob not to mention lamb being undercooked and tasting like livestock.Price i payed for this terrible experience: $73

This is the definition of a hole in the wall, it's a little dirty here and there, the service is somewhat questionable but overall effective.Their lamb chops and karaihi (kadhai) are always great and food is seldom lacking in flavor. It's the seating and the atmosphere that suck.Now... This isn't cheap food by any means. But the atmosphere makes it feel cheap. But one full order of karaihi and lamb chops will set you back atleast 70 bucks but will keep you fed for a full day or two.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options, and are only about 2 to 3 in number but are very good and well made. However if you don't like butter or can't have butter I would ask what they used as a fat in the dish itself.
I ordered boneless karahi chicken and they gave me tandoori chicken tikka cooked in a gravy. The chicken was very dry probably because they cooked it twice. I called them to ask why I didn’t get a real karahi and they said this is what they do for the boneless version. I’m very disappointed with their unauthentic dish and lack of transparency. Find another place for a good karahi chicken.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for more than 10 years and I monitor the prices, as it was recently noticed that they have increased by no less than 50% without logical justification, without any change in the level of service or quality.
The food was really good and tasty .but the environment and it were extremely bad and un cleaned.
