Ravi Kebob is a hidden gem where the laid-back, no-frills ambiance complements the extraordinary food. As a patron for years, I'm continually drawn to their chicken karahi, a dish that perfectly encapsulates the rich, aromatic flavors of Pakistan. The tender chicken simmered in a robust sauce becomes a culinary delight, especially when paired with fresh, warm naan. Despite its unassuming setting, Ravi Kebab consistently delivers a memorable dining experience, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking genuine Pakistani flavors in Arlington.

While the portion size is generous for the price, there might be some missing variety in the menu choices. Overall, it’s decent, but it doesn’t quite qualify as a hidden gem. Additionally, the restaurant could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Promise 16 orders be ready in 20 min, end up 1 hour. And keep ask for cash payment next time. Sorry, no more next time. Can’t deal with people can’t keep their word and not respect my time.

Very tasty . Fair prices . Clean. To a degree. I had a chicken and lamb kobab. Both were very tasty , well cooked.

The best kabob in Northern Virginia! Seriously! The food is incredible. Inside the restaurant is pretty minimal and barebones.

Ravi Kabob is a Virginia institution as far as Pakistani food is concerned. The Karai is good and the chick peas are exceptional. Grilled meats are pathetic. Avoid them. They have no clue as to what constitutes a bbq chicken tikka. Perhaps being away from home base has clouded their memory. Serving is generous and prices are low but you see people from all over the tri state area mingling there. So yes i would recommend Ravi for a quick chicken karai fix but thats about it. Oh do ask for the chick peas. ( chana masala ). They r free with a meal.

Delicious! I love their spinach, samosas, mango lassi. Even vegetarians can find a good meal here.Vegetarian options: While it's not what they focus on, there are always vegetarian options on hand here - chickpeas, daal, spinach, cauliflower (not all at once necessarily). The samosas are veggie. Get the veggie platter for a sampling.

Impeccable customer service. Food is great but the people are what really makes this place one of my favorite to go to. Great halwa puri.

The karahi chicken had been our go-to for years. Highly recommend. The fam loves the chana and chicken biryani as well.

Extremely rude staff. Very rude comments when we ordered food and when we had just arrived. Wanted to support Pakistani people but they treat customers as a hassle. If making 4 puris is a problem then perhaps you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business. They also screamed yo come here when our food was ready when they are supposed to be serving it to us. This is a dine-in resume at not a fast food drive thru.Extremely disappointed. They have no idea how to act in a restaurant setting, should stick to another business where they don’t have to speak to people.

Lazy people with worse customer service and extremely rude behavior. We wish we could give them 0 star. They don’t know how to serve customers. If you planing to go with family this is definitely not the place.

I was excited to try this place based on the several positive reviews. I also saw they serve halwa puri and been nehari on the weekends so I wanted to give this a go. Unfortunately, the food and overall experience were disappointing.I waited about 15 minutes for my order of halwa puri to go (even after calling in ahead of time). That’s ok, not a problem. But the quality of the food wasn’t very good. The aloo masala was bland. The Chana were decent. Can’t comment on the halwa because they forgot to pack it. I called and the guy insisted that he packed it. (But he didn’t). After going back and forth several times, he apologized and said I could come back to pick it up. You can tell a lot about a place based on their reply to a missing item. I live a bit further out so I told him I wasn’t looking to come back - just wanted to let them know.Oh and that beef nehari? I made a decision not to try it as it didn’t look that appealing on their counter. Well, when the uncle that works there dropped his phone in the nehari - the decision kind of made itself. No thank you.I’m going to stay away from this place.I think I’ll stick with cha for their halwa puri.

We used to go to Ravi Ia couple of years ago and it used to be much more better. We came to Ravi II today but it was really lousy, cleanliness at the lowest standards that I have ever seen at any place in the are especially that we are taking post Corona life. The floors are sticky, the tables are sticky, the bathrooms are gross the bathroom knobs are sticky! Please clean it up! Just please! One more thing, why are they still asking for cash after all these years! Now the food was just ok. The ambiance made the whole experience average.
