I ordered uber eats from this restaurant. I accidentally ordered 2 banh mi sandwiches but I meant to order one sandwich and one oxtail pho soup. I tried to fix this mistake on uber eats but they wouldn’t help me. However, I called the Resturant and they helped me. They were nice and respectful. They cancelled my order and allowed me to reorder the food that I wanted. They quickly fixed the situation and now I’m enjoying my the food. Thanks for your help 💗

I come in just for the broth sometimes. Breakfast scramble hash is amazing. And the inclusion to adjust to your diet macros is amazing. Want more meat or shirataki noodles in case ur low carb? They got it!

Had an issue with delivery where a promotion wasn't applied correctly in the system. The staff handled it very well and gave me a gift card to the store. Great food too.

Good portion sizing: the Pho + 2 spring rolls was almost too much for me to eat for dinner, and I'm 6'5"!

Came early for breakfast at 730am. Ordered a pork belly rice bowll and Original viet coffee to ggo.
The portion was great!! I was so full afterwards. They gave a generous amount of pork belly. The rice was perfectly Steamed. I love that the fresh Jalapeños were thinly sliced, it's a personal preference probably, but it helps add the perfect amount of spice without stealing the spotlight of the combined flavors. The patè was perfect, the pickled carrots and radish were crunchy and refreshing. The pork belly was soft and just right amount of sweetness and not overly salty. The sunny side up eggs added on top was a great addition, the yolk was intact when I got to work, so I was able to puncture it myself and use the yolk to gather the rice and cilantro for a perfect bite.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was perfecttttt! It wasn't too bitter to the point that it tasted burnt. It was taking me back to Vietnam 🇻🇳. It had the right amount of balanced sweetness and strong bold coffee, from their use of the Cafe du monde. Brewed great! I was so so pleased with every bite. Definitely will return!

Inconsistent. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but for a place that primarily runs on delivery orders, getting burned on "large" drinks more than once is unacceptable since I'm paying extra for it. It only takes a couple seconds to double-check the order...

The most delicious vegan broth I've ever had, it was rich and deep. Their chili crisp oil is outstanding. I wish that I found this place sooner (I found it on the last day of a month long stay) 😩.

Their pho is really bad, at least by Eden center standards, doesn't even compete

Terrible. They made mistakes on every item of our order including all four mains making it a flavorless and highly disappointing meal that none of us enjoyed. Complete waste of money and when I contacted the store about all the items missing and mistakes made they said they couldn't do anything as order through uber and I'd have to go through uber who can't do anything so just a complete lack of accountability.
