Wish I could say I liked but honestly not my type of vibe. It was a chilly day so we stopped by for some pho and were surprised at how empty this place was. There's only a few people working and everything can be ordered on screens. Overall the place was grimy & kind of dead. We were the only ones there on a Sunday afternoon except for one other person. I got the tofu pho with spicy veggie broth - not spicy at all but they tried - its a casual eatery so I'm sure there's some people who might appreciate the vibe / customizable menu but not for me. Also in the eating area, they didn't seem to clean up at all so not a fan of this place. Would not go here again.

I had a solid experience at the happy eatery. The service was quick, the food was good and the ambience was nice. I wish the chairs would've been a little more comfortable, but they were fine. I ordered the pork fried rice, which was really good, except it was a little greasy. I got the fried rice with a garlic flavor and I thought that was really good. I ordered a soup to go with the fried rice and it was ok (pretty appetizer). it was definitely good enough for me to return.

Had a hankering for a banh mi-esque sandwich and decided to try happy eatery out. Overall it's ok. Not the greatest banh mi I've ever had, but certainly the most expensive. But that's to be expected given its location. Baguette was crisp and the chicken was cooked well. My biggest criticism is that the "pickled" daikon and carrot barely had any flavor and were extremely bland. Maybe it's done that way on purpose to appeal to a larger audience than those who go to Eden center. Overall good if you're in a jam. Ok if you're in a jam and don't want to go to Eden Center.

If I could give the food there a negative star, I would. We ordered spring rolls, spicy oxtail pho, and banh mi. Everything was absolutely bad.

100% awesome Plenty of vegetarian vegan options Best Banh Mi sandwiches full of veggies with or without tofu Fresh warm bread soft on the inside, crispy on the outside Ask for a side of spicy broth...It's like a vegetarian French Dip

I came here for a lunar new year event and the food hall was so spacious with many types of seating. They had high tops, tables, intimate tables in the back, cozy stairs, perfect for any gathering! The food was served buffet style but was SO good! My top favorite was the fried rice, cooked to perfection, wok style! The banh mi was good too! It was heavily stuffed with meat and eggs, so YUMMY! The eggrolls were heavy with taro to my liking and reminded me of my mom's home cooking! I loved how there were to go containers by the utensils too! It's nice to have it readily available for customers to take food home. I liked the kiosks to order food which provided a wide variety of food. I'd say the only downside was the upstairs seating that overlooked construction, but still had a good view of the sunset :) It was a nice spot with good food and vibes!

I ordered the Garden Bowl w/Glazed Tofu and Vietnamese Vinaigrette which features Vietnamese fish sauce. It is actually $2 cheaper if you forgo the tofu. I chose to have my garden bowl include rice for no charge. As a result of my vegetable, protein, and rice choices, this was a very filling and tasty meal! Especially considering the price for this area. The only thing I wish they did was to fully cut and separate the sautéed onion. I would like to eat some with every bite in stead of in chunks. This place is still a solid lunch spot if you are in the area. Food preparation is quick too with pick-up on the bottom floor counter. Make sure to join their rewards program!

The pho here is so good that we have been here twice in just a week. The modern touch of the place may make you think the flavor is not authentic, but it's really authentic. The broth is so rich and savory and not sweet. It definitely can be hotter in temperature but that's just my personal preference. The portion is generous and what I like for this pho place is you can opt for oxtail brisket meat if you'd like. They also serve other dishes such as bahn mi, fried rice, and summer rolls. The bahn mi is delicious as well. If you live in proper Arlington and haven't had pho from this place you're missing out. If you ever find yourself waiting in line for the pho on Wilson Boulevard, you may as well just get into your car and drive here. You'd never thought one of the best pho in Arlington is tucked in a nice building in downtown Rosslyn.

Food is good I just wish they weren’t so stingy with the meat on the oxtail bowls, they literally put one piece..

A lot of show for mediocre pho. Especially in a place like NOVA with many other superior, less trendy pho places, the soup here was mediocre at best. Plus, my spring rolls were burnt to a crisp. Maybe I just caught them on an off day.

Not worth the exorbitant prices they charge for the sad, bland and small portions of food you get. If you're craving grey, tough meat and tasteless pho you'll love this place. Delivery was off, but in-person is no better.

Unbeknownst to me, and should have known by the name, it's a food hall. Down stairs is like a smoothie and drink shop while upstairs they have pho and other vietnamese plates. I had a bone broth beef pho and 3 summer rolls (beef, chicken, and tofu). If you have a shrimp allergy, be careful because many items have shrimp. I also got the herbal hibiscus tea with 25% sugar (my friend said the full 100% was cloyingly sweet, so I just took her word for it), which was the perfect amount. The straws are kind of not large enough for the fruits, but just eat them at the end of the drink. The pho was pretty good, not spectacular, but not bad at all. My friend had the spicy oxtail pho, and she said it was perfect. The summer rolls were really tasty with the sweet chili sauce, and that little fried wonton stick elevated the entire bite. Although the place gives a sense of cold industrialism, there is a nice view outside. Towards the back, there is nice steppe seating with little cushions and outlets on each tier. It's a unique space, and the food is worth it for lunch or a midway bite between school/work and home. The service is quick...but I'd suggest using the kiosks to order until the app has the right menu items up. One strange thing is that they dont sell alcohol but they have an alcohol selection and beer selection in app. Anyways, check it out. Driving there, and parking is hell, so good luck. There is free street parking after 8 pm, though.

We ordered UberEats delivery for pho. For some reason, the restaurant decided to poorly package 6 pho containers, 6 noodle containers, and a pack of egg rolls in one thin paper bag. The pho containers were not tied in plastic, and 4 of the 6 pho container burst open, causing the bag to rip and spill liquid all over my poor Uber driver's car. The eggrolls also fell out of the container and rolled onto the floor. I tried contacting the restaurant but was unable to get in touch. I also got oily liquid all over my favorite sweatpants and all over the floor of my apartment building. Please properly tie your pho containers in the plastic bag. Literally all we have left from this $85 order is 6 containers of rice noodles and toppings and 2 broths. Please learn from this and do not put 6 containers of hot pho in one thin paper bag!!!

So disappointed to have to leave this review. We have been ordering take out weekly from this restaurant since their opening. I attended the yelp elite opening reception back in 2020 and always loved their food. It's been a few months now that there is a lack of consistency in the flavors, ingredients, portion sizes etc. We usually order to go and there is always an ingredient missing, or the same dish tastes different and way off from the last time, or the portions vary significantly from one week to the other. Today I just had it. my bowl had a spoiled avocado, there were multiple pieces of avocado skin in my food, the chicken was slimey tasting and smelling, and the "garlic" rice tasted nothing like garlic (as opposed to a month ago when I ordered), so I'm sure it wasn't even garlic rice. Needless to say the food went in the trash and I'm hoping I don't get sick from the piece of chicken I ate. There is certainly no quality control and no care to offer good food anymore. I am very disappointed and have made the decision to stop patronizing this place.
