Food was great. We tried the tuscany soup, cheesy garlic bread, spaghetti, and vodka sauce. I would definitley come back again to try more.We almost didn't get the bread because of the bad reviews, but good thing we did. It was buttery, crispy and cheesy...as it should be.The vodka sauce was flavorful! I agree it could have been creamier but flavor wise it was on point.Every thing else was spot on and I would order again.Parking: Entrance in parking lot.

Ordered garlic bread it was 4 small squares with some kind of flavorless spread, the bread was heavy & soggy like from frozen but not completely cooked enough. French onion soup looked muddy color and no cheese or croutons on top, no flavor. Spaghetti & meatballs was a mix of spaghetti and linguine pasta and the sauce had a slimy like texture with no flavor. Meatballs appeared grocery store type. Marinara Seafood dish again was a mix of both spaghetti & linguine pasta, had the same flavorless glossy slimy sauce several mussels, bay scallops, larger shrimp, calamari all ruined by the weird sauce, not worth it for the price. Greeter/waitperson said "how many" not at all pleasant or welcoming. I gave this place 2 stars because I felt sad for it and wanted to be generous with the hope they can somehow improve over time.

I’ve been going to Ruffinos since I was a kid (I’m 25). When they changed owners a couple years ago, we were a bit skeptical. And to be honest, we weren’t wowed the first few times we dined there after the ownership changed. But we went back tonight and I’m happy to say I think the new owners have found their stride! My parents and I all enjoyed our entrees. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was creamy, seasoned and I appreciated that they had cut up the chicken which was well cooked. Dad enjoyed his seafood pasta and mom’s meatballs were very large.Prices have gone up with the new owners, but prices have up gone up everywhere. This has never been a fancy place — it’s a casual familyPlace to enjoy a no fuss meal. And I’m happy I can keep coming to my favorite childhood spot.

This place has great food I don't know why the rating is so low. I've gotten different pizzas here and they all have been amazing. Their mozzarella sticks are very good. Hopefully one day I'll try some pasta

I had angel hair pasta/spaghetti and it turned out to be the best Italian food I have had in the US, let alone Arlington. The atmosphere was soothing and it also had a decent bar area but smaller compared to most places. The menu was also the most simple and easy to understand. Must try for some authentic Italian dishes.

Bathrooms smell really bad. Ruins the appetite. A plumber has been needed for some time.

I'm personally a s***** for Italian food, so when I heard there was a place like this that had been open for so long, I had to try it. Needless to say, it was fantastic. The food is simply top quality and the manager is a great man. I will definitely be coming back for more and more!

Manager is rude. Overpriced. Pasta dish serving is small. Does not come with common served sides such as garden salad nor utensils. Allowed Uber to over charge my card by $20.00. manager hung up the phone when disputing charges. Would not recommend. Giving bad name for restaurant business. Please

It was ok. It was average pasta, nothing special. The atmosphere is cozy but they had small flies/ gnats flying around. They used iceberg lettuce for the caprese salad to include core end pieces.

Hmmm. Shouldn't meals be prepared with olives that DO NOT HAVE PITS in them? I ordered Eggplant Rolitini yesterday at Ruffinos, which came with a side of spaghetti with puttanesca sauce. The first bite I had went CRUNCH!!!! and out came an olive pit from my mouth. I've bit into pits before (like an olive from a salad bar) and BROKEN my tooth. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said "oh yeah, I should have told you. I'll mention it to the chef". A real restaurant would have comped the meal or prepared a new one for me. I really want to like Ruffino's because I'm a local and I want to support the small restaurants in the area, but these guys have to really need to up their game.

You order something from the menu and you don't get it. They charge for items on the menu that they don't have. They are committing fraud by selling and charging for items them at are not delivered. Stay away!!!!!
