Sakaki Izakaya offers a delightful dining experience in a spacious and open setting. The menu features unique dishes such as Eel Kamamenshi and motsu nabe. The restaurant is known for its generous portion sizes and delicious tempura, including huge shrimp. Customers have praised the seafood kamameshi for its fresh and delicious taste, and the yakitori skewers, especially the pork belly, which is tender and juicy. The sushi presentation is amazing, with high-quality ingredients, and popular rolls include the scorched scallop and surf and turf. The service is attentive and friendly, making it a great spot for dining out, whether for dates or casual meals. The location is appreciated as well, standing out among other izakayas in the area. The atmosphere is accommodating and welcoming, with slightly dim lighting and red hues that complement the ambiance. The $29 AYCE lunch is a phenomenal deal, with the sushi, yakitori, dumplings, and roasted edamame being particularly praised.
