Excellent experience and atmosphere. Exceptional service. Easy to adjust reservation when our partt was running a little late.
We had an incredible time here, truly. The service was outstanding, the vibes were immaculate, the staff were helpful and friendly and the food/cocktails were incredible. I couldn't say enough good things about this place and we will definitely be back!
We were so impressed with Salt. The drinks were really good and the food was even better. Highly recommend the tuna tartare nachos. Will definitely be coming back.
The restaurant was okay and over hyped. Socal media videos over hyped the place. The place is nice for a dinner date. Food portion are small fpr an expensive price.
Really enjoyed my experience at Salt. A nice date night spot or drinks with friends. The food was good and it was fun trying a few of the drinks. Matcha my freak was my favorite.
Great cocktails and apps in a nice, comfy spot. The lighting is just right. Loved the tuna nachos and hummus w/ Waygu beef.
My boyfriend and I ate dinner at Salt last night, and I can’t recommend highly enough. Every single item we had was fantastic - the standout for me was the tuna tartare nachos (the tuna MELTED in my mouth) and my boyfriend loved the soy glazed pork belly. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the mains and desserts were phenomenal as well.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm, intimate space for a lovely dinner!

My friends and I came to Salt for a ladies night out and we had a great time! Everything we ordered was delicious and service was lovely as well. We tried many different cocktails and everyone loved their drinks. I love the ambiance with the dim lighting and cozy feel of the place. The bar is upscale to hang at before or after dining. We will be back for sure!
I am extremely disappointed with my order. The quality and portion size were completely unacceptable. I ordered the fish, and what I received was a tiny cube that looked nothing like what is shown in all the photos or what other customers received. It appeared as if they may have ran out of fish and tried to pass off a scrap as a full order. This is not acceptable, my drink was water down. This place is not good quality anymore. The picture looks a little bigger but just to give you precise measurement it was inch both ways.
I won’t be going back there are so many others speak easy restaurants in DC that’s great.

Salt is nice - our server was lovely but my cocktail was watered down and the hostess was a little short. I wish the small plates offerings were more robust.

Very cool spot! Great Happy Hour prices. Hostess wasn't great but everyone was good! Great for a date night. Not kids friendly, that's not always a bad thing.
Had a blast sitting at the bar and talking with the incredibly creative and attentive bartenders, Demarre and Oscar. Their menu is rotating and all the bartenders collaborate together to create the drink menu. You can tell they love what they do and are so good at it! Amelia the manager is so professional and provides excellent customer service. I will be back for their winter menu soon!

Salt was a fun night out. The drinks were creative and tasty. The food was delicious. The speakeasy vibe was cool and spot on. I highly recommend this place.
I had a hard time finding Salt, but once I did, everything was wonderful. The food was great, and so was the music. Server was a little distracted or unattentive, but 100% will return for happy hour or meals!
