Shake Shack Pentagon City

I visited the restaurant tonight and was subjected to aggressive behavior by a woman I believe to be the manager. I was waiting for my order. I was also waiting for my order. Unfortunately, this woman has no respect for others and is arrogant and conceited. She shouldn't be allowed to remain there. I hope you will take my observation into consideration.

Great burgers, great food, great service. I've eaten here a few times and just love these burgers. Sometimes I find myself craving one. Just keep in mind this is a busy location.

It was cold inside and there were a couple people just randomly sleeping at tables and a couple panhandlers. Nevertheless the staff this particular night was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed and replaced item that came out cold.

Best shake shack I've been to. Food was great, service was excellent, facilities were clean and well maintained. The guy that ran my order out to me was phenomenal.

Came to Shake Shack after dinner at matchbox to grab a shake and had had the pleasure of being taken care of by a young lady, Juice. We We’re confused about the points program And wasn’t sure if Shake shack offered it She was able to get her manager to explain everything to us, but overall it was an excellent experience and excellent customer service. We will be back again next time we are in town

Genuinely AMAZED at the service at this Shake Shack. The food is great, and I love the vegetarian options available to customers. I recently tried the French onion mushroom burger which was extremely crispy and fresh. There’s a large seating space.

I don’t think the water is filtered. It tastes like tap water. It says the water is triple filtered though. :(

First They got the order wrong and u cannot even tell them. The second thing is the restroom is so filthy and nasty you cannot even wash your hands after this freaking misery. I will never come back here again

Came here after a 5 hour drive and had to get dinner for 5 fast. Antoinette couldn’t have been better. She handled our order calmly and got me out of there fast and with a smile on her face. I hope Shake Shack promotes from within because Antoinette is a winner!

Food Poisoning!!

Entire family post dinner had sever stomach aches and vomiting. Sadly our toddler also tasted some fries and it was frightening to see him vomiting that night
