Shake Shack Ballston

I have come in multiple times and the staff is always professional and kind. In my pictures I ordered the Big Shack and it was amazing. Food is always tremendous in quality and now I’m getting hungry thinking about the burgers!

The food was great and didn't take long!!! I asked for a customized item that was not at the kiosk and they were able to provide it with no issue. My husband initially didn't get a burger. But after tasting our burger he decided to order his own.

My order was placed at 6:16 pm and didn’t receive my order until after 7pm. . They tried to hand me the wrong bag midway through because the printer doesn’t show full name only 4 letters so you can’t tell who is who. I watched Serval people come in and out and get food but for some reason our 2 burgers and fries took 45 minutes . A waste of my evening . I never come to this location and reasons like this is why. Plus there is 0 parking around here . Save your time and go to the one at pentagon .

I loved the customer service! The staff members smiled and were friendly and welcoming. They also went above and beyond to fulfill my order, particularly Julie and Stacey. This was my first time purchasing Shake Shack and the burgers were honestly delicious. I was a difficult customer to be honest, but the patience, down to earth friendliness. and “get it right” from the staff was commendable.

Order my lunch from this place, never again.
Walk up to the counter to get my online order and was ignored by the 2 employees standing on the opposite side. Another coming from the dining area walk right past me & ignored me.
I stood there for a few minutes with 3 other customers just standing around.
The whole time I'm watching the employees talked to each other but not calling out any orders. So I walked over to the book shelf that had a signed that read ( Delivery-Pick Up). On the shelves were to go bags with order stickers. I was looking for my name when the cook from the back walk through the door and screamed at me. I couldn't understand what he was saying. Almost 10 minutes since I walked in and I couldn't find where to get my order.
His screaming got the attention of the 2 employees behind the counter and they handed me my order.
I've been chased out of that establishment and Shake Shack you'll never have to worry about me again.

This is what to go looks like… I can understand if saving cost on material is a concern. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case given the bag is 3x the size of the food item. If you plan on walking even a short distance (3 min walk home for me) with your to go bag it’ll be exposed to the elements and cold. It’s only good if you eat it there. Not meant for to go.

Regular shake shack experience, except last time the app and the kiosks were broken so I had to order at the counter which was annoying, but the food was good

What service? You don't talk to anybody, you put your order on a screen and they drop it on your table like any other cafeteria.
