I used to really like this place and have frequented it often over the last few years while traveling out of dca. but my last interaction has convinced me to never come back. I asked to have my water bottle filled, as I have done countless times before and seen other patrons do. Additionally, the water bottle filler in this area of the airport was not functional. initially, I was brushed off by staff who were not currently occupied (totally understand, I've worked in service). When I went to the person I was pointed to, I was rudely told to go to the fountain that was not functional. I explained that and explained that I have done this multiple times with no problem. she condescendingly told me that "this is a business" and "we can't do this for every single person". I reiterated that I wasn't asking her to do it for every single person, that the water fountain in this area of the airport was not working and that I have done this multiple times when service was slow (I was the only person being served, not to mention the fact I had just paid outrageous prices to dine there earlier and have a large tip). through the entire exchange she rolled her eyes, made rude comments, and ignored what I had to say. I will never patronize this place again.

Russel hooked us up with wine and crafted cocktails during a long wait for our flight. Not a bad way to spend a couple hours.

Pinot noir wasn’t bad for an airport bar.

Good spot at end of National Terminal B. Flight delayed but Russ kept us sane.

The customer service of the FEMALES employees of this place is TERRIBLE. They have no idea that they are creating a bad reputation for the restaurant just because they don't want to provide good customer service.

The presentation of the food is also terrible. How is it possible that a $10 hot dog looks this bad? The sausage tasted like it was raw!!! The only employee who provides good customer service is the blond white guy.

We had a long layover in DC and stop in.. Russel the bartender was AWESOME!! So efficient, the price very reasonable and food is yummy!! I Well definitely come again when I’m In the DC airport..
