My fiancée and I visited this spot for a date night after seeing it on social media. The atmosphere was definitely the highlight—beautiful views of D.C. from the top, and the rotating dining room added a cool touch, even though we didn’t get a window seat.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the ambiance. The presentation was nice, but the flavors fell flat. The chicken wings were underseasoned, and the pasta tasted frozen—like it had freezer...

The hotel is a bit dated but the room was very spacious. The rotating restaurant was great for the evening views a bit overpriced, but the location warrants it's. One thing 5$ for a 12oz poppi soda in the lobby convenient store is ridiculous.

Wonderful view all the way around the restaurant. You don’t even realize that you are rotating.
Only downfall… there was an issue with the air so it wasn’t cool in there but it was tolerable.
