Cool place to try. It's not as upscale as I thought. The menu is small but the food was good. Parking was a nightmare. I would say allow 30-40 min to find a spot. It's a run around trying to find the restaurant within the hotel. They need signs! Definitely pricey but worth visiting at least once.
We went close to closing so there were not that many people there. It was a very nice experience. You get a nice view of DC and the Potomac from the restaurant. There is a part where your view is just people's apartments, but the majority it is a nice view. The food was amazing and the service was good. The staff were very kind.
